Good service from all the drivers iv had so far. Was treated poorly and disrespected by one of the dispatchers. He gave me a massive amount of attitude when trying to talk to him. Other then that iv had a good experience.

My husband, son and I took a cab for the first time last night since recently moving to Chatham. The service was excellent! Arrived within 10 minutes of calling. And the gentleman also got out of the car both at pick up and drop off to help us load and unload our groceries. Super friendly, funny driver! Definitely will be using this company again!

Unbelievable! Call only when you need the cab and we will send what’s available? Like how long someone needed to wait? We just moved here in Chatham a year ago and I’m booking a taxi 3 hours in advance but it’s not even available. Chatham needs a reliable taxi. Someone who accepts booking and not letting you wait for God knows how many minutes waiting outside in the cold.

Forgot my phone came back in the house to get it driver got really rude and ignorant this is like the third time he's done that company should realize that the reputation depends on their workers and clearly by the looks of the reviews they ain't doing too good. Last week got in same guys can and smelled alcohol. .... The driver I'm talking about shouldn't be driving. Very very very poor service when it comes to that guy had a couple other other drivers that were good but I would definitely recommend using the other cab company
