I rented an electric bike from this shop on Prince Edward Island and had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in selecting the perfect bike for my needs. The electric bike was in great condition and made touring the island a breeze. I was able to see more sights in one day than I ever thought possible. I would highly recommend this rental shop to anyone looking for an eco-friendly and convenient way to explore PEI. The bikes are well-maintained, the prices are fair, and the customer service is top-notch. I would give this shop a solid 5-star rating and can't wait to rent from them again in the future.

Me and my family (husband Ray, cousin Octavia and her wife Ashley) visited this shop on a cruise and the shop owner was so nice, knowledgeable and took care of everyone's needs patiently and answered all of our questions. He made us feel welcomed and he honestly felt like a loving uncle. I really appreciate the excellent service he provided and if I'm ever back, I'll definitely visit again.

My wife and I rented E-bikes from this establishment. The staff was super friendly and informative. We rented the bikes and set course from Charlottetown to Brackley Beach. One missed turn along the way but we managed to get back on course and made it to the beach! Our total trip was 61 kilometers. My bike died just outside of town (would have been the perfect distance without the 10km wrong turn!) We will never forget this experience! We are not avid cyclists but we thoroughly enjoyed this ride and plan on cycling on future vacations. The bikes were brand new and worked flawlessly. I recommend Rising Tide E-Bike Sales and Service!

Perfect spot to rent an E-Bike!We were able to stop in and rent two different type of E-bikes for 4 hours. The staff was very helpful in helping us get setup for our ride. They were very knowledgeable about the bikes. They suggested a few different routes that they thought we would enjoy.

Wonderful shop and a great help. If you are visiting Charlottetown and want to go for a bike ride they are an excellent choice. If you are thinking about an e-bike they are a great place to try before you buy.

Here from Vancouver and Went down a couple days ago and rented a bike. It ran perfectly and me and the family had a great time. The service was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The pricing was good and overall the whole thing is great to tour around Charlottetown!

I never post reviews but Rising Tide made me want to. It was my first time using an E-Bike with a throttle and they made it such a pleasant experience renting one. The staff was very friendly and my girlfriend and I rode the bikes all over Charlottetown. They made me want to buy one of my own. Their rates are very reasonable and I encourage everyone to try them out!

Great store. I had a great time renting an e-bike from them and then doing touristy things around PEI. The staff was also very helpful when I wanted to choose a route to bike.
