if I could give a negative star rating I would. This is the shoddiest work I have ever seen from a window company. It shouldn't take two tubes of caulking to seal around a window but it did. The vinyl is so thin on the windows they installed you can bend the frames. Condo corps and home owners, if you are considering this company for your work - RUN!

So many mistakes were made on our order!! I reviewed it many many times, caught dozens of errors but still, we ended up with some wrong windows delivered at a time when it was so back ordered we had no choice but accept them to continue our build. We also bought doors with DJC and had to change our choice 3 weeks before delivery because the manufacturer had decided to reduce production drastically (from over 20 models to 3). Again, had no choice but to go with what was available to continue our build because the changes were so last minute and I had already paid for the doors. So I have to live with a model I don’t like but paid a lot of money for. The windows are good quality though, hence the 2 stars.
