Very unprofessional! They only think about money!! They gave me a time to come and do a measurement at my house and they never showed up ! They just ruined my day and plans! Not organized at all and their team do not communicate! After all they won’t even bother to apologize for their mistakes very rude!! They do not know anything about customer service!!

I wanted 4 news blind for the front windows of our home. I went to quite a few places around Kitchener and got a lot of quotes....but none at such a good price and such friendly service. Decor Art does not charge $120 to come and measure, another $60 freight, plus, plus, etc.. These blinds are very high quality compared to the more well-known discount blind places which still charged higher prices than Decor Art. They arrived quickly with no shipping issues and look fantastic!! I will recommend DecorArt to all my friends!

I am am looking for some quality window blinder for my new house. I find DecorArt at Kitchener got beautiful blinders and are easy to maintain. It's important to me for saving my time to wash & clean the blinders. The owner gave me a good discount that met my budget, so I decided go for it. I am happy from the whole process from measure, order and install done by the owner himself. My friends love it when they came to visit my new house.

I have totoally no experience choosing window blinds, but the owner is patient and provide me ussful suggestion. Price is reasonable and quantity is good. They helped me installing the blinds in very short time the products arrive. 5 stars and definitelly chose this one if I still have more windows

I bought three sets of zebra shade out blind for my living room. The fabric is REALLY good when compared to some of the other ones. My toddler pulled and hang onto the blind multiple times and I haven't seen any damage yet.Very happy with what we got.
