I went to my appointment a couple years ago and my then hairdresser, Megan, which I had seen for years was bleaching my hair. She decided it would be a good idea to go do other clients hair at the same time and leave the bleach on my scalp for almost 50 minutes, chemically burning my hair to the point she wouldn’t even blow dry it. She still charged me over $200 for her “services”. If that’s considered her good service I would hate to see what her bad service is.

So very disappointed. I cant remember the ladies name that I went too but I will always remember how she made me feel. I have very thick and curly hair that knots so easily. I had been suffering from depression and had let my hair go a bit. She looked at it and was like I can't do anything with that. You need to go home and fix it come back" I left feeling like a total piece of garbage. Luckily my bf combed it out with coconut oil but I cannot un-recommend this place enough"

I frequently to go Sonja for my waxing and each time she is incredible. Very fast and efficient, friendly and makes me feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone.

Felt good to have it cut, but unfortunately we noticed from the back when I got home that the cut was uneven across, making my left side longer, and shortest in the middle which is disappointing. They let me come back in so she could fix it.After fixing I'm still noticing its shorter in the middle and long on the side I said was too long, however it is a little better then what it was and I appreciate them getting me in quickly when I asked. Had to go to a different hairdresser to have it fixed. Ends were also pretty blunt. My normal stylist there is amazing, however I had to see someone else this time as mine wasn't in.
