Dr Salame is very good at what he does, he is kind, friendly, and takes the time to listen to the patient. The staff too are friendly and amazing. i recommend Maplewood services to everyone.

This was my first time at Maplewood Dental. The staff were fantastic, Dr. M Salame was very professional, easy to talk to and explained everything I needed done. There wasn't any pressure from any of the staff to return. It was left up to me. I can't say enough about this dental office.

For the past 10 years, this dental office has gone above and beyond what is a general standard of practice for dentists and has completed yearly First Aid and CPR training.Patients are in safe hands with this team.

Dr. Salame is THE BEST DENTIST IN NIAGARA!! He is kind, knowledgeable and understanding. He truly takes the time to listen to his patients and provide informed treatment plans.The care and detail that has gone into his practice is noticeable. From beautiful painted walls with murals to intricate pieces of art delicately placed among the office. The treatment rooms are bright with tons of natural light and stunning views of gardens and flowers. If you suffer from dental anxiety a lot of effort has gone into making this office feel cozy and really a home away from home.His staff are always very informed and ready to facilitate all the administrative work after your appointment. From payments to scheduling it is a seamless process. Faye is always on the ball and one step ahead!The dental assistants and hygienist has just as much passion for their work and honestly I don’t know how they always remember the last conversation you had with them from a cleaning that happened months ago but they do!I cannot recommend this practice and dentist enough. I couldn't believe the treatment I was getting from faith at Maplewood dental on the day of my birthday the attitude was unbelievable I told her I didn't need it on this day..She was so angry and I was a patient. I didn't deserve that and she's supposed to be professional. It's a bad reflection on Maplewood dental. Make sure you get a second opinion because I was told I had 11 problem areas that needed to be addressed over $2,000. But it was actually one or two teeth.

Staff are great and friendly. Dr. Salame is so great at what he does. He is awesome with children. He took the time to make sure my 3 yr old was comfortable for a small filling by putting on cartoons and making him balloon animals. Highly recommend Maplewood dental!

I wanted to put this out there. Yesterday my husband and l had to miss our appointment because of family emergency. I myself have missed 6 appointment and everyone l can justify with my family doctor. They tell my husband Yesterday that l have to pay 75 for me to go back to get my teeth clean. Are you kidding me that is so unfair. So l do not recommend this dentist. I find the Secretary rude and was rude to my husband as well. To bad because we liked the dentist.

I was referred to Maplewood few months ago, I am really lucky to know them; Dr. Salame is professional, he cares a lot about his patients, listens carefully even when he is so busy. I had a tooth extraction, on that day I was really scared, but he pulled it out in no time before I even realized, the post operative went so good, he didn’t stop answering my questions at any time, and even checked the surgery area when I didn’t have an appointment. When I called in the beginning complaining from pain, the office found me an immediate spot while they almost didn’t know me before, the staff are so nice and cooperative. Nadia is so kind and helpful.My family finally found this amazing clinic, it is not only about Dr. Salame being professional, but also the ethics and the manners which we found in him.

He is very busy to explain or listen to patient. Due to his accent and wearing mask while talking, made a barrier to understand, Instead of clarifying he told he didn't have enough time. He is rude. On the other hand he kept client waiting for 25 minutes before he started. Very bad service!

I was looking for a Dentist for my 8 year old daughter as mine could not get her in for atleast a month. Maplewood came highly recommended by some friends so I called. We went and they lived up to their reputation . The Hygienist Catherine was amazing at helping make my nervous daughter feel at ease. Dr.Salame was great with her aswell and the over all experience was great.I would highly recommend this place. I am actually thinking of changing the rest of the Family from my Dentist to here aswell.
