My wife, who is celiac, purchased something from the gluten free section. Once she got back to the car and ate some of it, we realized that the product wasn't glue free. She went back inside to speak with someone, they confirmed the product wasn't gluten free but offered no apology or recourse other than a refund. For anyone with a severe allergy, make sure sure you look at the products that are in the specific sections of the store. Don't trust the signage or location of products.

Love this little gem in Halifax.Great selection of organic foods and supplements.Great organic coffee, tea, juice and smoother bar.Wish I had one of these in my town!It was worth the walk from the ferry terminal.

I am astounded, and pretty much shocked at their prices. The broth i bought there is 19.99 where as at Luminate I paid 10.99. Their other prices are also day light robbery. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Huge variety of goods packed into a small, personal space. Organic produce, meats and dairy products. Large choice of supplements. Juice bar and fresh baked goods.I used to enjoy going here and the staff was mostly quite pleasant but there was a huge turnover recently and I don't enjoy shopping here any more unfortunately. It's sad how staff can ruin your experience.

I wasn't blown over by the response I received when I asked if they had oregano among their many herb jars on display. My wife and I looked for it, but none was found.The young man we asked for help didn't know what Oregano was and even asked how it was spelled. Not very encouraging.Anyway, we managed to find a small envelope of it without staffs' help.
