Price are competitive. Positive energy at the office but they seriously need to send professional estimators that have knowledge of customer service. Estimator i got had a bad attitude and didnt bothered getting back to me with estimate. As a business owner these employees that are not serious or those who start assuming themselve if the client is worth the time or not, bring a bad name for the a good business.

It's really too bad the sales team over the phone is SO arrogant and rude. Thinking that because we are young we either don't have the money or the knowledge for the project we want to do. Taking our business elsewhere.

Dear Mr. Vincent Rousseau (President), I would like to share with you my fathers experience with your sales rep Bertrand Etheve who refuse to come to our house (after being provided in PDF our stairs project) to give us an estimate unless we 100% choose your company for our stairs. We ever experience such a customer service who refuse to understand and work with the client budget by offering the top service. You just lost a great project by having uneducated sales rep on your company side who should 1st not be lazy and meet the customers in person (customer service 101) and understand and see the project in person. We are more than just a number Mr. Bertrand!

Steven was great, very knowledgeable, good guidance. They put in my wooden floors on first floor, staircase, and floating floors in basement. I would suggest to get them to do the moldings and doors, no point going anywhere else, they are experts in this. Yannick was amazing, attention to detail and to the finishing touches made the difference. I would recommend and if you have a bad experience with one bad salesperson I would suggest giving Steven a call, he will care.

They came to install the stairs and hand rails. The hand railing fell off the wall and left a big hole in my wall. Called them to see if they can repair and said that it is not their fault that the hand rail came of the wall and that they were not responsible for the damages. I suggest to go some where else where. All they care about is that once you paid too bad for the customer.

We had enormous feedback from them as far as small modifications and tweaks to be made as far what made sense" versus initial architectural designs
