So this has been a LONG time coming.. I've tried to write this out countless amounts of times - and I just can't do it. Not because I wasn't absolutely in love with her style when I first contacted her. (Because I am!) Not because i wasn't appreciative of her being so understanding to our lack of social etiquette and awkwardness, and STILL making us look good. (Because, believe me, I AM) And not because I cry every time I look at the moments she captured for us as a family in the months leading up to our wedding, our engagement session, and of course the big day! (Because I do, and it's literally every. single. time.) ..It's because she's honestly left me speechless. There are no words to describe Chelsea, just an overwhelming feeling of love. And that's what it's all about. There's a reason people dream of becoming a Chelsea Mason bride, and it's because it's more than just the photographs. It's the Entire Experience! I’ve had the privilege of hiring Chelsea on a few occasions, and recently we hired her to take a few photos with our 2 month old baby boy. I was so stressed out about how having photos with a brand new baby would go, but they turned out AMAZING. She made sure to not only communicate and engage with us, but our son as well. It helped get us some great photos! Chelsea is always super bubbly and warm when photographing, and makes the experience fly by. I’ll choose Chelsea Mason Photography any day!

Chelsea was/is absolutely amazing to work with. She is so much fun and I don't think I've ever laughed as much as I did during our engagement session. We were so thankful for the Engagement Guide she provided to us so we could prepare for the shoot. My fiance was definitely a little nervous because he doesn't think he's photogenic but Chelsea proved him so wrong!! We are obsessed with how our engagement photos turned out and can't wait until the wedding! Even through COVID she has been nothing but professional and friendly. I would 10/10 recommend her every time! :)

I highly recommend hiring Chelsea! I am so happy we went ahead with our engagement photo session this past summer even though it was over a year from our newly postponed wedding date. It really gave us something fun to look forward to in the mean time and I absolutely LOVED the Engagement Guide she sent us before hand! It totally helped us figure out what style of outfits to wear that would look good on camera but also encouraged us to be ourselves and wear what we would feel most comfortable in. Although we were excited leading up to the photo session we definitely had a lot of nerves as well! Chelsea quickly helped to calm our nerves with her kind and fun personality. She was great at getting us to feel more comfortable in front of the camera! We couldn't be happier with how the photos turned out! I have so many favourites it's impossible to choose which ones to frame for our wall! Can't wait to work with Chelsea again on our wedding day :)

We've absolutely loved our experience with Chelsea so far! We had our engagement shoot last summer which was actually really fun! The photos are STUNNING and totally live up to the 'Chelsea style' that we fell in love with on her website. We were a little nervous going into the shoot as we don't have much experience having photos taken of ourselves, but Chelsea made us feel so comfortable and made it a really fun experience! The cues she gave helped create a natural interaction between the two of us so our natural selves shone through. No stiff poses! And not to mention the quick turnaround - she even delivered our photos earlier than expected!!Chelsea has also been super accommodating throughout these difficult Covid times. She has been nothing but flexible and pleasant to work with as most of the industry has scrambled to reschedule so many weddings. Our wedding has been moved to this summer and we are confident we are in good hands with Chelsea and her associates. We highly recommend her and her team :)

Chelsea Mason photography was the first thing we booked for our wedding. We both really like the light and beautiful photos that she captures. When we met Chelsea, we knew we definitely made the right decision. She is personable, funny and talented! During our engagement shoot, she helped lead us how to stand, pose and take great photos, she even agreed to help with my crazy idea I had for our engagement shoot and she perfected it!Chelsea helped us envison what our wedding day was also going to be like. We had the privilege of having Chelsea capture our engagement photos in 2020 and our wedding day at Stonefields Estate in August of 2022. She gets it - she made us feel comfortable from the very beginning by being personable, attentive and bubbly, prepared us in advance for the wedding day to ensure everything ran smoothly and no shots were missed, plus gave us great direction throughout the day. Chelsea is a true professional and captured every special moment throughout our special day. We appreciate that she went the extra mile to bring some accessories for our “detail” pictures. We loved getting a sneak peek of our pictures within a week of the wedding and the remaining pictures shortly thereafter. I would highly recommend Chelsea Mason to anyone that is seeking a professional, personable and a detail oriented photographer! Booking Chelsea Mason Photography was more of an investment than I could have imagined. Yes, I wanted beautiful photos, and after seeing Chelsea’s work, I knew she could do that for us. What I didn’t know was how comfortable and confident she would make us feel, and yes, I mean US! I wont lie, the though of making Derrek sit through a photoshoot made me anxious. I figured Derrek wouldn’t enjoy himself and it would reflect in our photos, well boy was I wrong! Our photos speak for themselves. I think Derrek even mentioned the word “fun” when referring to the engagement session. When booking Chelsea as a photographer, the engagement shoot was a bonus but not something I understood the importance of. Chelsea showed us we can have fun while capturing beautiful moments. Derrek and I got to spend the hour exploring our love for each other, almost like there wasn’t a camera. Without having the engagement session, I would have gone into the wedding with the same anxieties around photos. I now have no worries that our pictures will be beautiful, and we will have a ball taking them! I 100% recommend doing the engagement session, even if not for the photos but for the experience. Chelsea came to our family farm and took photos in so many different spots. The location meant everything to us and she captured it perfectly. Never once did we feel rushed. We did photos by a river, on horseback, on a tractor and she even took pictures of me and my pet sheep (Derrek didn’t want to join for those lol!). We chose our location and had some basic ideas of what we wanted to include, but Chelsea really brought our ideas to life. My advice to future clients would be to invest in Chelsea Mason Photography, its more than the pictures but the memories you made while taking them.

Hiring Chelsea as our wedding photographer has been the best decision we have made. Chelsea is professional, quick to respond, very helpful and extremely friendly. She makes couples feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the shoot. Chelsea was so quick to return our photos and she did a great job at capturing how my fiance and I feel about each other. Chelsea captures amazing pictures and talks you through the entire process. She manages to capture moments that feel warm and authentic without feeling stiff or too posed. When I thought about what I wanted in a photographer and an engagement shoot, I was hoping for a few photos that I could look back on and reminisce over in the years to come- Chelsea gave us an entire album of beautiful photos and there is no way I could ever pick just a handful as favourites. Connecting and planning with Chelsea was so easy and she makes every bride feel as though they truly are the star of the show. I appreciate all of her time and care. Chelsea promises a lot and delivers even more. I cannot imagine hiring anyone but Chelsea, and if you choose to pick Chelsea as your photographer I can promise that you will feel as I do. If you are in the market to book a photographer whether it be for a wedding or just a session don’t even hesitate to book with Chelsea! Just do it, you will not be disappointed and that I can guarantee! Before I even got engaged I was like Chelsea will be my photographer there is no ands ifs or buts about it! We had our engagement session in the summer and it was honestly so much fun and the photos turned out amazing. She had helped us with what to wear so we were coordinated (not matching), helped us with the location to shoot at (she has many options to choose from all of which are beautiful and is open to trying new places too). For the ladies she mentioned to get your makeup/hair done and who doesn’t like to get dolled up for the day and it made the photos look so much better! We were nervous going into getting our photos done because we wanted them to be perfect and didn’t want to mess up but after 2 minutes with Chelsea the nerves left and she makes the session very playful and fun and you aren’t just standing still smiling at the camera going in for the awkward kissing photos. She encourages those types of photos and we even brought our puppy and the shots with him were amazing and we loved having him involved! When we got the few sneak peak photos which we received the day after our shoot, we couldn’t wait for the full shoot and to have them printed for our walls. She is the best and her work speaks for itself and we can’t wait for the big day. Less then a year to go! Book Chelsea, you won’t be disappointed!
