I like how Teresa assist me, she's so hands on in explaining the product to me and what type of shoes will be appropriate for my needs.

I usually write short reviews but I'm so pleased with the customer service so I'm writing a long review.There are two types of sales persons a) push sellers and b) pull sellers.Push sellers convince the customers to purchase an item while pull sellers probes the needs of the customer, then educates the customer. Push sellers gets gains faster but exhausts less effort versus pull sellers who exhaust more effort but can get gains passively.While inside the Skechers store inside Richmond Center(store 272),I encountered a personnel who a) asked for my intended use of the shoe b) educated me on the technology behind the comfort of the soles c) gave recommendations. I also noticed that the employee was alone in the store but was able to attend to the inquiries and fittings of many customers.Because of the effort that the employee gave in answering all my questions, I now know that skechers is a great brand. Now, Im an owner of a very comfortable walking shoe. (I walk 7km daily and stand for more than 10 hours in a day)I will definitely bring my wife and son to the Skechers store in Richmond and Purchase shoes for them.When you're in Skechers in Richmond Center, try on GoWalk variants and make sure to look for the employee with long hair named Dalton (zoom in photo)I hope all personnel in the sales roles had the enthusiasm, passion, and style of Dalton.

I had a wonderful experience today. Teresa is very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. I would definitely come back.

My grandma bought 2 pair of shoes from Richmond Centre Skechers last week, we would like to thank Gurvir for providing good services.

Actually I just bought the bundle a few hours ago. The product is good but I think you should train your staff to make customers feel comfortable in your store.
