Gotcha Covered South Calgary

Terri has done my blinds for 2 of my homes now and every time she was very friendly and insightful. She always made sure we were happy and helped us stay within budget.

We would not hesitate in recommending Ellen & Wayne Brown... our home is in NW Calgary and the blinds work perfectly. The job was ordered and they completely followed up and through. They are quality people with a quality product. The install was respectfully timely and professional too.

We had only a week to buy a house and get the details sorted out before we flew back to BC. Terri worked us into her schedule on short notice, met us for an at home consultation, and impressed us with her friendly personality, knowledge of her products, and worked within our budget. Throughout each step, Terri kept us informed and made sure our order was everything we wanted. Linda, our installer, proved to have a strong work ethic, she did a fantastic job installing our blinds for the entire house, and was done in less then 2 hours. When we bought our house we used Gotcha Covered to outfit our Evanston home with Hunter Douglas Duette blinds and we love them (both the blinds and the company)! Ellen came out and learned our style and then made a few suggestions on what she thought would look good in our home. The installation was quick and easy! We've had some family and friends who used other companies and they told us that they had to keep following up with their company to get their blinds installed. I'm happy to say that we didn't have to follow up with Gotcha Covered at all!Earlier this week, one of our blinds broke in our master bedroom. We contacted Ellen and she got an installer to come out the same day to take down our blinds and deliver it to the local Hunter Douglas repair shop. Obviously as this blind was in our master bedroom, I wasn't very pleased to have the blinds completely removed due to privacy reasons. Before I could even ask, Ellen immediately offered to provide us with temporary paper blinds until our blinds got fixed! I don't know any other company that would immediately offer to do that without the customer asking! Ellen and Wayne really put themselves in their customers' shoes when dealing with them and I can say I really appreciate it!I'm happy to say that the blinds were fixed yesterday and Ellen and Wayne both came out today to help re-install the fixed blind and took away the temporary blinds! I didn't even have to throw away the garbage! That's what I call 5 star service!Thanks so much Ellen and Wayne! You guys are awesome!

Ellen and Wayne were fantastic to work with. They took the time to come to our house while we were in the process of buying it to help us with our vision. We outfitted every window in our house with custom blinds and the quality is amazing. The installation was incredibly smooth and the entire process was felt very personalized. I have recommended Ellen to many of our friends already and will definitely do business with them again.

We had Ellen and Wayne from Gotcha Covered help us with our new home. We couldn't be happier with the end result. From initial consultation to final installation the whole process was very professional. Ellen returned all my calls in a very timely manner. We bought shutters, cellular and roller blinds. We had a big move in the middle of a pandemic. Terri was professional and took great care to make sure that my family was safe and comfortable while she was in our home for the consult and later measuring. The install was seamless and we LOVE our new blinds. They do so much to reduce the heat coming in and still allow our home to feel bright.

My inquiries were responded to immediately, the order came in on time (even in this time of COVID19), the installation was arranged immediately after the shutters arrived and the installation was extremely professional.
