I went into everything wine and was very quickly greeted by Connor. I was looking for a nice bottle of wine as a gift for a special occasion. Connor was able to find a special bottle in the reserve section that matched my budget. The couple that I gave it to said it was the best wine they had had in a long time.Keep up the good work!

I usually don't like to review any business so poorly, in this case I think I have no choice. Purchased a $1000 Gift Certificate from a charity. However during covid we could not use it, finally recently I called to see if we can use the GC for the even, they flatly rejected the GC because it was expired, not even offering anything or even a reduced amount. They suggested that during 2022 we could have used the certificate and I did not. I am not sure if I called them in 2022 they would have honored the certificate. I found this was callus and unfriendly.

As a long time satisfied customer, I was surprised that a recent order did not arrive at my house even though the carrier said they had an illegible signature accepting the delivery. A quick call to the Customer Service group, followed up by several e-mails, soon resolved the issue and a replacement order was shipped to me within a few days. Very impressed with this speedy care and attention. They even upgraded two of the bottles from the original missing shipment which were no longer in stock. Thank you Deborah and Heather for your positive professionalism!

I walked in and was instantly assisted by an amazing associate, Callum Heap. I can not state this enough, 5 star service, great prices, and super knowledgeable staff. If you are a wino Everything Wine (especially Callum) are phenomenal. You will see me again!

Excellent help and very knowledgeable staff. Good selection of wines from all over the world. Have shopped here before but going into the vintage room and talking wine was enlightening. Will go again to find premier wines for special occasions.

Even though we live in Vic-West this is our FavouriteWine store .If they don't have it they find it for you .Very kind and very knowledgeable staff .Had a staff member moving boxes and restocking the shelves stop everything she was doing just to come help us without even being ask too , awesome customer service combined good prices and a vast collection of beverages .

Be careful : sometimes you pay more than the price listed on the shelf. Happened to us twice . Check at the till .L.E. - it is not about missing a few labels . It is about your system that is not updated and at the till you charge customers more than what's on the self . This happens quite often. People should pay attention.
