Brett and Owen did a great job for us and spent extra time to set up the cameras and TV.

We had Klein Electric do a large new install at our equestrian facility, spending near 80K with them. The work that was completed was quality and done in a fairly timely manner. A year after the install, there were some problems with a few circuits not working. We had a little more work done, specifically 2 outlets installed in a kitchen island. The wire was already pre-run and waiting for hook up (paid). We were charged close to $900 to install these two outlets. After questioning the bill, and getting nowhere, we eventually just paid it. From then on, Brett would not respond to us reaching out for 2 fixtures that have stopped working (10 year warranty) and he never did repair the circuit issues with the porch lights or rear arena light. So although most of their work was quality and fair, they sure weren't professional when they were questioned on the exorbitant over pricing of the two kitchen island outlets. Now we have fixtures not working, and he is not following through on warranty work. We would love to have this all corrected and update our review if he could get in touch!!
