Booked a massage, received all the confirmation texts, did the COVID screening, and went - only to be told the therapist, Jen, was “not coming in today.” Maybe they were sick but a phone call earlier would have been considerate. My suggestion : call yourself first to make there is actually a massage waiting for you! Sloppy business.

Amazing, knowledgeable staff. Yasmine does incredible acupuncture work. Matt, the physiotherapist has worked with NHL hockey players and is an expert at helping to rehabilitate my knee. The chiropractor, Dr. Paul, is very helpful and knowledgeable when fitting for orthotics. Jen, the massage therapist, is lovely. The secretaries are super on it with their billing and statements whenever I need something. I feel so much better since I started coming here. Thanks Ocean Wellness!

I saw Isabel for acupuncture to help regulating my periods. Very quickly, I started to get more regular periods. I am terrified of needles but she helped put me at ease. Isabel also empowered me to get further testing and was the first one to suggest I had a fibroid. She was right, even my medical doctor did not catch it. Isabel is a god-send. Her kindness and passion shine through every interaction. I have and will continue to highly recommend her. You can find no one better.

My massage therapy with Hugo has been very therapeutic. He is also personable, has emphathy, very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very relaxed after each session. I came in with neck pain and lower back issues and his deep tissue massage made the difference. My stress and muscle tension is reduced, soft tissue injury and flexibility in my joints has improved.I highly recommend Hugo and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Matt Rowe in particular is an incredibly talented physiotherapist. He's helped me come back from a number of injuries stronger & with greater range of motion.

As a professional who works in a challenging medical environment, it’s easy to feel physically, mentally and emotionally drained or at times debilitated. I've been doing acupuncture with Yasmin for 1.5 years now and highly recommend her! As a newbie to acupuncture in October 2019, I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. She made me feel at ease right at our first appointment and I've found our sessions so relaxing and impactful on my health. She's a great listener and has helped me so much. She's been so flexible with fitting me in for last minute appointments when I'm in need which I appreciate so much. I can't say enough good things about her!

I saw Isabel today for acupuncture and she was phenomenal! I had never seen an acupuncturist before and didn’t know what to expect - she helped me feel at ease, explained what she was doing before and throughout the appointment and really listened to my concerns. Highly recommend!
