Wow! What an incredible dining experience! Baitong is litterally setting the bar for customer service. This is hands down, the most friendly and accommodating restaurant I've ever been to. I have many dietary restrictions/ allergies that make it very difficult for me to dine out. I can't say enough about how wonderful the sfaff are. Great atmosphere and outstanding food- option B is THE best authentic Pad Thai I've had! Highly reccomend, we will be back!

Don’t know what we ordered.. Pad thai was one..Everything else was recommended by the owners and was exceptional.Highly recommend , about 25 dollars per person for a good fill of food and one drink..

By far the best tasting Thai food we've ever had. The owner is always working hard and delivers amazing customer service. The restaurant has a nice ambiance with authentic pictures and decor. We regularly order the chicken satay starter and the lettuce wraps. We usually get veggie fried rice, chicken pad Thai and one or two curries (yellow/red) with some steamed rice. This is usually enough for multiple meals! The prices are very fair for the amount and quality of the food. If you want tasty authentic Thai food, look no further.

It's a Thai restaurant, the food was great! Beef or chicken fried rice was delicious along with Eggrolls, downtown Kelowna BC. It was a great place for us to stop for some good Ole fashioned Thai authentic Thai tasting cuisine and stay the night to visit an old friend... especially after being on the road for hours to get there.

We will definitely come back!!! We love the cozy atmosphere and the server was so kind, caring and welcoming. Foods was great too, we had fried rice, tom yum soup and mango sticky rice. Love!!

Impressive Thai food for good price. Our favorite was their pad Thai and their seasonal autumn curry. Both dishes had full flavours that just goes well together.I will definitely visit this restaurant when we come back to Kelowna.

Best Thai food in BC hands down. Could eat from here every day, it's seriously that good! Pad Thai B and the beef Pad gra pow are not to be missed. The warm sake too. Amazing service, the owner is great.

Very authentic Thai food, I ordered the Tom Yum soup, Shrimp abby as well as the Pad Thai. Everything tasted very good. The Pad Thai is the best, even compared to some local 'famous' Thai Restaurants in Vancouver, this one tastes the best! The owner is very nice and caring, which is why he has this business for so many years, would go back again if I go to Kelowna again!

Really nice people and delicious food! The place is also very neat and clean. I will definitely go again. 100000% recommend number 31 curry (not sure the name). It's the best curry I've ever tasted.
