Toronto Soccerplex

I visit the Toronto Soccerplex every week or sometimes more to enjoy a nice game of football with friends. The dome turf fields are in pretty good condition and the size of the three fields inside the dome are pretty good to play 5v5. However, during the hot summer months, it is comparable to a plastic dry sauna inside, as the sun shines on top of the plastic dome and there are no ways of air conditioning inside the dome, it is absolutely unbearable to play inside.The other four fields under the wooden roof are smaller and narrower than the fields inside the dome and are suitable for 4v4 games. These fields used to have pretty bad turf structure, as there were big holes ripped apart in the middle of the field which made it somewhat dangerous to play on. However, I know that they have been recently replaced with new turf grass and I cannot wait to test them out!

Let me start off first by saying I've been playing here for a long time. More recently in the dome. Great place.The management?? It's actually disgusting. It was not always like this, but now ? I don't know what happened .But to make a long story short ... to give renters an ultimatum? Renters that have been coming here for quite some time ? To be so unprofessional as to strip a field night rental because of not committing to a long term/short term contract? This place is obviously mismanaged at some level. Sad to leave, but it's absolutely necessary, and hopefully, they don't treat anyone else in this manner.Business is business , we will take ours elsewhere.

Great indoor soccer field you can visit all year round. Good for recreational use and team leagues of various ages. Training camps for kids available. Beautiful lounge for relaxing with TV entertainment.

I've been playing here for a long time with a group of friends. Unfortunately, management has been rude as of recently. We have been playing regularly every week at the same time, for months. And now, they told us that because we didn't want to commit to advance booking for the next couple of months, that they were going to cancel our booking for that night and anything after that. There was no other option. So, as a group, we have decided to take our business elsewhere because of the way management treated us as long-time customers. Very unprofessional.

Very nice facility. Has a nice lounge with bar service.Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking.

We have been booking a soccer field at this facility for the past three years on the same day and time. Unfortunately, when we arrived for our booking today, we were told that the field had been overbooked and was no longer available. This was extremely disappointing as we had made plans and arrangements based on our regular booking. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it was frustrating to have our long-standing booking overridden without any prior notification. I hope the facility can take measures to ensure that this does not happen in the future.

We were 15 players on the field. All was in peace and the attendant came in arguing and stopping the game multiple times. He wanted us to use the pinnies although they were very similar colours. He interrupted the game multiple times. I use to come here frequently but hadn't been here for some time. This never happened with Shane. Not sure why the guy was arguing with everybody. Must not have a good life at home. We just want to play soccer. We'll use the pinnies if it doesn't make it all confusing.

Just had a cup game in here for a whole day. New dome is fantastic and bright, but the old fields are crowded vertically and horizontally and needs more fresh air.

I had a very disappointing experience with Toronto Soccerplex recently after renting the field for the past 3 years. I was promised a certain level of service by the management, but they failed to deliver on their commitment. When I raised the issue with them, they were dismissive and unhelpful.I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone who values honesty and integrity in their dealings. While their service may be adequate in some areas mainly their staff, their management team needs to do a better job of following through on their promises and treating their customers with respect.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There was no Air Conditioning or Ventilated air in an already 32 degree weather plus HUMIDITY DAY OUTSIDE! It felt like we trapped in a HOT SAUNA with no breathable air and no way out because they locked all the doors. Management needs to contact immediately
