Horrendous communication challenges trying to set up an appointment for nearly 3 months and nothing but disappointment when it finally happened. Cancelling, rescheduling, then conveniently responding after the new date is simply not acceptable, let along having it happen 2+ times. Perhaps having a client seriously interested in purchasing a 5k saddle is not motivating enough?Back tracings were done with no sort of explanation and once trying saddles, the ones that clearly did not fit (and my horse hated) apparently looked fine." Adjustments were very unsuccessfully made with help of an ogilvy and thinline pad.. not what I would call "saddle fitting." At the end of it all I received none of the promised brand recommendations and research or ever heard anything back

Purchased consignment half pads online from the forward horse. The person selling the items texted me instead of just shipping me the items to inform me one had hair on it, and ask me if I was picking them up. I provided shipping information because pickup wasn't possible for me, since that was too confusing someone else went to pick up the pads for me. They are great quality, in good condition and the price was right. The issue is that the description of one of the pads was deliberately misleading, stating that the pad would include accessories that it did not. The owner? made no attempt to inform me that it had been falsely described, despite her contacting me about the pads previously. I emailed her to find out what had happened and she said that she forgot to mention that the description was false, since the price was fine anyway.So while they are nice pads and the price was acceptable I just don't see how I can recommend a store that falsely advertises products and makes no attempt to fix the issue or communicate the mistake. They would have still made the sale being honest, so hopefully in the future they will be more careful.
