After explaining that I bought a screen protector from limeridge. They said I would need to get the receipt from there and then they can replace it. Or I can buy a new one right now. All three employees were standing around and seemed like they didn’t want to help

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store, and I strongly advise against choosing their services. Not only did they handle my account incorrectly by enrolling me in the wrong package, but the actual charges from Rogers were significantly higher than what this store had promised me. I had to take matters into my own hands and make phone calls to rectify the situation by canceling the erroneously processed package. Throughout this entire process, the staff never once offered an apology or showed any remorse for their mistakes. It is evident that their level of professionalism and competence is severely lacking.In summary, my encounter at this store was marked by a series of errors and a complete absence of customer service. Their inability to fulfill their promises and their lack of accountability left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing their services due to their apparent incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.

This place was awesome. Quick and painless process. Went on a VIP sale day and got a surprisingly good deal. My sales rep was Malak and I gotta say, she is an absolute doll. Mohammed was another guy to look for. He is brilliant. Made my day simple and explained everything in detail, gave good accessories and helped with setup. Always recommend this place if you are looking for an awesome sales team.

Second time we have been customers of this location. Literally AMAZING. Olek and Zain did an excellent job setting up our family with the plans that saved us money and met our needs. Spoke to the children and included them in the decision and made them excited about it. Very patient with the phone set ups and transfers and answered all of our questions. Highly highly recommend this location if you want AMAZING service, and value. Thanks Guys!

Kumar is amazing, super helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Even though I informed him upfront that I wasn't interested in making a phone purchase at the time, he spent a good amount of time informing me of the latest offerings from Apple and even showed me the next version of my (Android) phone if you ever need to speak with someone regarding your phone and carrier, I highly recommend a visit, thank you again for your time, Kumar is a great asset to your organization.
