Country Hills Mechanic Shop

This is a great shop. Both the owner and front desk manager are very reasonable and polite gentlemen. My SUV went in for an oil change and for mounting tires on wheels. The job was done by Raja and very well done. He took his time balancing the tires and took care of my vehicle. The price was very reasonable for the work done. Thanks!

Excellent experience and great service! Work was completed extremely fast and all prices agreed upon were what was billed! Very easy to communicate and very understanding to what you want! Will not do work without your approval! Will gladly bring mine and recommend any other vehicles to this shop!!

Excellent service. Made the last minute appointment for brake change and they were able to accommodate. Price is very reasonable and got charged exactly what I was advised before booking the appointment. No hidden cost.Definitely recommend country hills mechanics.

I left a poor review regarding my oil change but I will admit that the owner contacted me immediately & promised to rectify the situation. He is providing my next oil change free of charge and has also committed to ensuring that my vehicle doesn’t leave until he is satisfied there are no further problems.I completely understand that mistakes can happen so because of his immediate response and customer service I am upgrading my review to a 4 star rating!

Not Recommended. They were not able to detect engine faults and even after changing a sensor , problem remained the same . Then put water pump and charged 7 hours labour . Took the AC refrigerant out to replace water pump and promised me to put AC refrigerant free of cost but after dragging this into months they put wrong refrigerant and still hot air was blowing. So they told me to take it to another shop . I did and their machine traced wrong impure refrigerant that also damaged my AC compressor had to Pay 1000$ to the other shop after this shop already charged me nearly $1700 and made it worse. In this area there are a lot of new Mechanics shop opened up recently so be aware of this one , as well as KV Auto, Stallion Auto, Auto medics . They are all not trustworthy. I live here for over 30 years but this shop is the worst . Don’t trust them. You will regret it. Although shop look clean and nice and big but they don’t know what they are doing and have difficulty getting parts. Even after several appointments they were not able to fix my car.

Best mechanic shop we have been to. No hidden fees (paid exactly what we were quoted), great prices, fast service, and they didn’t try to sell us extra services we didn’t need (as most chain mechanics do). Oil change only took an hour, and we paid and left with no issues, and no pushing for anything we didn’t come in for.We will be using this shop for our car needs from here on.

Had a grinding sound from my rear right wheel well when I hit the brake hard. These guys, replaced the rear break pads and rotors quickly and at a good price.When I asked if the front brakes needed to be replaced and they said they were fine - I take that as a sign of an honest mechanic. They didn't do any upselling, they identified the problem and fixed it. No issues.Parts that were installed looked like they were a decent quality, I can see there is an coating around the inside and the outside of them that looks like its inteaded to prevent rust. I know enough to know that doesn't come standard on all rotors.Overall, very impressed. Will go back the next time I need some work done.
