Our front door needed a replacement, we decided to go with the service offered by Lifestyle Windows, and we didn't regret it a smallest bit. Everything - from initial estimate to final installation - went very smooth, all our questions have been answered with courtesy and evident professionalism. Pricing was reasonable. Door has been installed next day it was brought from the manufacturer, very fast and clean. Workers were polite, competent, cleaned all affected areas after finishing.We are very satisfied with work, and would undoubtedly do business again with Lifestyle Windows if needs arise.

Very poor service in terms of following up and fulfill contract scope of work agreed to be provided after completion of installation of the window glass panel as part of the 5 years warranty via the contract.One of the glass panels damaged during the first year after installation, we requested a replacement as this should be part of the 5 years warranty and the contractor refused to come to replace it or even to visit the house to investigate and evaluate the damage

We contracted Renoasis to design our sunroom and install Sunspace window and door modules ... complete with custom lighting and blinds. This included developing the engineering specifications and all requried permitting details, as well as electrical and natural gas provisioning. From beginning to end, Renoasis and all of their staff and contactors were a pleasure to deal with. The design is gorgeous and we never imagined we would use this 3 season space so often. We can now seat a total of 20 guests (10 in a conversation area and 10 for dining), which is more than we can seat in our home! It's wonderful and we've had many compliments from neighbours and guests. We're very pleased we chose Renoasis for the project.

Worst experience ever with a bow window installation. Poorly installed and despite their efforts were not able to fix it. Extremely rude installer, who they still sub contract to! Would never recommend the aurora location. Northern windows has since proven to be fantastic.

We recently had our front door replaced by Lifestyle Windows & Doors. It was time, if you get my meaning. There were dozens of choices and George was helpful in the selection process given the colour of brick and style of our home. The door arrived on time and the installation was done neatly and without a hitch. We love our new door - it has improved the curb appeal of our home and I don't expect a cold draft because this door is sealed well. We hired Lifestyle Windows & Doors to replace all the windows in our home this past summer. The response time from initial contact to the sales person all the way to the installers was fantastic. There was a minor issue with the install but Lifestyle completely took care of the issue and we are more than pleased with their work. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality windows for their home. Excellent installation and the installers were very friendly with neat and tidy workmanship. Five Stars all around!

The crew who showed up were awesome. From the first point of contact to the end of our renovation the people were so professional and courteous to deal with. All the staff were fantastic. I have not used these guys before, however they have been working on a home nearby. One of the workers was yelling at us to slow down while we were going 39 in a 40 zone. Then proceeded to try and throw a plastic garbage can at our car.Very unprofessional, these people reflect the company poorly.

Lifestyle replaced most the of windows in my house and a new front door. The installation of the windows was timely and very well done. The installers were polite, professional and respectful. The front door arrived and we discovered it opened the opposite way of what we wanted. Without question it was replaced. Their customer service is superb, second to none.

I bought a house that's having two defected pieces of glass, to find out that the previous owner had place an order to replace them with Lifestyle Windows....but he failed to pay the remaining amount, and the company could not install them.So, i contacted them after buying the house, and agreed with the owner (George) to install them for $300 down from the original asking price $950.The company sent the labors to install them, and everything was looking fine.Then, after a just one week, we noticed a crack in the inner side for one of the pieces they installed, while the other one was allowing rain water to leak and passes to inside the house (i found that no silicon was used to seal the glass from outside!).I contacted the company to acknowledge them, and expecting the owner to call back ....but nothing happened!I tried back to reach the owner.....but without a chance.they kept promise me with a call back, and to reply ....but without any hope.Until one day, and after many trials, the owner was able to talk and say that they have sold the two pieces to me with much less that the original price, and for that there is no guarantee on them!!!!Even though, he expressed with agreement that his guys did a bad job!!!I strongly do not encourage anyone to deal with this company at all......a company that works without ethics or commitment cannot give satisfaction to customers.Company is too bad to be trusted !!!
