Today. Puked have been a really bad day a flat tire on holidays is not what you want! But today when that happened the awesome staff had me back on the road in 50 min with a fixed tire. The staff was so cheerful and helpful! Thanks for making a bad situation great.

I pulled in with a loud sound in my van. The mechanic diagnosed a bad wheel bearing $500 and suggested I get the other bearing done as well - another $500. I left for another opinion. It was a rock!!! Total ripoffs. I am glad I am smarter than them! Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!Bad business.

Awesome service , very good rates! Thanks to the TEAM at Integra Tire for a great job and great Customer service.Update: why you should be using Integra! Got a screw in our work van tire, called around and Integra was the only one that would fit me in today! No appointment, just bring it down and we will help you out. Awesome service here at Integra Tire Castlegar !! Thanks guys for fitting us in !EDIT: Yet again the TEAM at Integra came through for me! Had a nail or screw in my tire, call them and what do I get oh we are busy but we can fit you in… what an awesome TEAM!

Had a back tire blow out driving from AB to Castlegar on my 4x4 truck. Bought 2new tires as the originals were not that old. Back in AB found out that the outside diameter was different & that's a big no no for 4 wheel drive. Eric & his staff went above & beyond to help me out! Awesome customer service!!

I've had a few unfortunately experiences at local automotive places but none of them were here! Integra tire took really good care of me last fall when my tire was close a blow out. They heard my concerns and helped me get back on the road quickly. My previous experiences were also good with quick service and friendly staff.
