Such great customer service from all staff! Ordering things that aren’t on the shelf that I need, quick refills, and even going out of their way to call other pharmacies to make sure I get what I need for my family. The best pharmacy I’ve ever been to by far! Also, Moon is awesome! ❤️

After trying to get a booster-shot appointment through the Ont Gov site and not getting a slot till end of Jan 2022 we called Fairway River Pharmacy on Tuesday Dec 21st and had an appointment the next day. George and team very extremely well organized and incredibly friendly. The process for my daughter, wife, sister in-law and I took less than 15 min and by the time we were back our car we had the updated QR code for the proof of vaccination. The trick really seems to be to call small independent pharmacies and I am happy we did. Any future boosters I will certainly go back to George and team.

I used this pharmacy today for the first time after a recommendation from a friend when all other pharmacies had my childs pneumonia medication on back order and wow. I'm just in awe. After such a stressful night/day and then the added stress of now trying to locate the drugs needed, working with the front desk woman and the pharmacist was the most person centered care and help that I've ever experienced. I'm beyond grateful for the productive back and forth conversation between myself, river/fairway pharmacy and my previous home pharmacy. I'm relieved and filled with so appreciation for the work and problem solving that went Into acquiring said meds and the ease at which they worked with me to ensure we got it before closing. FAIRWAY RIVER PHARMACY I am now making you my home pharmacy and encourage others to do the same. This is a shining exampleof how medicine care and customer service go hand in hand. Thank you.

Love, love, love this pharmacy. I have been part of their family since they opened and would not go elsewhere. Moon and George and the rest of the team are the best in the business. I love that I can call with any questions, concerns etc and say Hi it's Donna and they know who I am. I have a laundry list of medications due to my medical condition and they go out of their way to make sure that everything is smooth for me and is ready when I need it. The personalized service they offer cannot be found anywhere else - they treat you like family! Going to see them is more a social event than a errand or chore, as they know about me the person, not me a prescription, and they know about my family, pet's etc and always inquire how everyone is doing. I consider them my friends and appreciate how much they do for me. I can honestly say that I have never felt more comfortable with a pharmacy, and will always stay loyal to them. They have earned my trust and I know they will always take care of me, which is extremely important since they are dispensing medications that I need to give me some quality of life.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. George and Moon are very easy to deal with and provide old time customer service. I have moved from the area and still use them as are such a good pharmacy. They really do provide top notch customer service and really care about the people they serve.

After calling around to many pharmacies I called Fairway River explaining how I wanted my second vax before my vacation. The lovely lady on the phone (did not get her name) said they were booked and would call me if they had any cancellations. That very day she called me back and I was booked in the for the very next day. George and his staff were amazing, and I plan to move all my pharmacy needs here. Keep up the good work!

What an amazing pharmacy. After weeks of futile searching for available booster shots here in Toronto, friends suggested I come to Kitchener, to this pharmacy. Within days, they were successful in getting a shot. Sure enough, I had the same luck. Staff greeted me with genuine kindness and professionalism and got me in and out so quickly. Terrific service, terrific staff. Do yourself a favour and try this place.
