The staff and owner have always treated Daisy with the upmost care. The owner even gave us her personal cell phone number when Daisy had gastrointestinal issues. We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for veterinarian care.

I have been taking my small dog here for 9 years now. I find the vets friendly, personable and good with my pet.They send me friendly reminders when my dog is due for his annual shots and keep accurate records on the computer.They always give you a copy of the bill which states dates in the future too when shots are due.Sometimes the waiting room can be crowded. The odd time I have found theCounter staff to be abrupt and brisk....not sure what their problem is....this is overshadowed by the excellent care of the vet for my pet.

Very professional, staff are amazing! Highly recommended .... at least 4 dogs in my neighborhood go here!

I've been taking my cats here for years. My parents used this hospital when I was child for childhood cats.The vets are very knowledgeable, compassionate and fair.I've never felt pressured to opt in for tests/procedures.When I've had to leave a cat here overnight or for the day I never have negative thoughts about their well being.Highly Recommend.

Since May 4, 2022 we have received the utmost of amazing care from all of the staff at the Hartzel animal hospital. On May 4 sadly an off leash German Shepherd attacked and killed our little teacup toy poodle and while other clinics told us they had no time because they had other appointments Dr. Hobbs at the clinic opened her arms and allowed us to come in and grieve the loss of our dog as well as console and help us through such a tragedy. Later that month my daughter was so stricken with grief that she purchased another dog and again they took us in with open arms to help us get her off on the right start. She has had to come back for a couple visits one due to eating a green grape and another time with a vaccine allergic reaction and both times while we were quite shaken, the staff was so consoling and so calming that we felt we were in great hands. We would like to tell anyone who has a new pet that this clinic offers you the best possible care you could ever ask for. We give a special shout out to Wendy the secretary who always greets Phoebe with such amazing smiles and Dr. Tracey Hobbs as well as Dr. Taylor Moore who have been so patient and caring with us!

Quality care at a reasonable price. They also went above and beyond when we had to put our cat down.

my husband and i have a black lab golden retriever every time we come to the vet not only does she look forward to seeing everyone but she always leaves with a dorky smile on her face . she had her surgery there last feb and not only did she recover nicely but she healed beautifully .

Wonderful people. My Samantha was treated and is recovering nicely. The staff calls to check on her...which is impressive. Keep up the great work.
