Eric is the best! He is so kind, knowledgeable and obviously passionate about what he does. He is very reasonable in regards to price and advising on what work does or does not need to be done. He is also prompt in communications via text. I had a very pleasant experience getting my bike tuned up and a quick turnaround time after initial inspection. I can confidently recommend Eric and Outspokin Bike Works to anyone!

Echoing what everyone else said here. Eric is a really nice guy, he knows his bike stuff. I needed my brakes bled and he did it in a day! He was also great about giving advice about upcoming work due to wear and tear. And as others said, reasonable pricing. Will be bringing all our family bikes to him!
