I’ve had the worst experience with getting my braces after having them removed for about 3 years (maybe even less) my jaw/teeth shifted and was told I will basically need to pay again FULL price to remove some teeth due to overcrowding which I was not told the initial consultation , on top of that, paying $300+ for replacing metal retainers meanwhile my friends gotten their braces done from orthodontists that have life time warranty to replace metal retainers with no extra fees. Do a little more research and find an ortho that covers the retainers in the cost because your retainer breaking is a high chance due to wear and tear, teeth grinding, chewing, etc.

“Amazing” doesn’t even describe my experience with Red Hill Orthodontics. I am in the process of finishing up my Invisalign treatment and they have been patient and kind with me ever since day one.Lauren has been so accommodating during my treatment. I have moved cities, dealt with busy schedules but she always finds a way to make things work.Dr. Sam has gone above and beyond throughout the process. It is clear that he wants to make sure that I’m fully confident with my smile.I am so appreciative and grateful for the team at Red Hill Orthodontics. It’s clear that they care about their patients and I can’t thank them enough!

Got Invisalign from the Queenston Red Hill Orthodontist and could not recommend them enough. Had nothing but pleasant visits here as the entire staff is always friendly and professional. Not to mention that my gnarly teeth are now perfect (despite having a few weeks to go) and I’m always get compliments on my smile now. Thanks guys!!!

Always have a fantastic experience here!I got my braces off just over three years ago and I called needing my permanent retainer adjusted. They got me in that day, they reglued my retainer, the service was quick and as always the staff is wonderful.It’s great to see that they’re still so kind and accommodating to patients who are no longer paying to be there. That’s good customer service!

I took my daughter here last year to get some info about looking at her teeth and maybe correcting some of her slight over bite and the male orthodontist really made her feel bad about herself... I was in shock how rude of a way he was telling my 12 yr old that she doesn't want her mouth to stay this way and she needs to fix it... I was disgusted... he should work with adults not children.. she ended up leaving there crying.. im sure the business is thriving but we had a bad experience!!

We’ve been frequenting the Queenston location for over a year for 2 children. Staff is always lovely. Visits are quick and efficient. On the infrequent times where in between visits are needed due to broken wires and discomfort - they are always extremely accommodating with last minute time slots. Overall, we’re very happy with experience. Which is good, because there is a there is a third child soon in need of orthodontics!!!!
