Hair done by Emmie! She took her time and was so precise, she was absolutely the nicest person to talk to! She refreshed my hair and did exactly what I wanted for layers and bangs! I definitely recommend seeing her! The salon it self is very cute, clean and accommodating! Lots of refreshments. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you :)

Just left Queen’s Shop feeling super rejuvenated! Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendliest staff and I felt taken care of every minute until I left. Rachel was wonderful - listened to my wants and needs and checked in every step of the way. I was going for something quite daring for my standards and felt entirely empowered by her without feeling pressured. Extra bonus that she has a holistic and honest approach to hair - valuable and enlightening. If a gratuity-free salon is not already refreshing enough, coming to this salon will revitalize both you and your hair. Genuine staff, fun chatter, and good vibez all around. Plus a referral program (call to ask for the details!). Thanks so much!

I love this place! Rachel has been an attentive listener, keen to get to know my hair and me so that she could recommend the best options for my finicky hair. She made sure I was comfortable with her suggestion and gave me great tips for how to look after my hair after. She's very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of hair.My fav thing about this place is its environmental values. The team cares not only about their clients but is also very deliberate in choosing products which are sustainably made like soap bars and refillable creams.And the music was so calming and enjoyable.Overall, a fantastic experience for those happy to spend a bit more on their hair and self care. Had a hair cut and style and it was a wonderful experience. It was my first time in the shop, and I was impressed by the cozy and bright atmosphere. Nyima was my stylist, and was very knowledgeable and fun to chat with. I appreciated their attention to detail and personalized hair care advice from a health and wellness perspective. Will definitely come back, I’m so happy to have come across this shop in the neighbourhood.

I went in an about a week ago. I’m so happy I discovered this place. Emmie picked up the phone and answered my questions & booked me in. I’ve been looking for a good cut. My hair is originally curly wavy but limp recently. No one has been able to cut my hair to get a bounce back. Emmie was amazing! She’s so gentle, you’ll fall asleep. My hair is fuller & bouncier. So kind.Thank you for the initiative for the community. I highly recommend the salon! ❤️ can’t wait to come back

Immensely grateful to have found Rachel who took my waist length wavy hair and took it to the most magnificent short hair style! She takes the time to understand what you want and adjusts as needed. She understands textured/curly hair and does such a good job at short cuts!!

This was my first time at Queen’s Shop Hair. I’m so pleased with my haircut by Emmie; she took her time & cut with care and precision.At many salons, it feels a bit like you’re on a conveyor belt , the end result being a fast cut but not necessarily a quality cut.Queen’s Shop has a chilled, relaxing vibe & uses eco-friendly products - everything smells good!I will definitely be returning.

I’ve been Rachel’s client for a while and can say she is the best in town. I’m always very happy with her work. The Davines products she used on my hair are great and high quality. I’m absolutely coming back and will bring all of my girlfriends.I completely trust my hair in her hands. She has the patience to listen and the knowledge do her best to make you even prettier.Queen’s Shop is a little more expensive than the other shops but definitely worth it.
