Hands down the best dealership I've walked into. We walked into some very disappointing ones. The moment we walked in to 427 Kia, the manager walked us over to Desmond to help us. We didn't have an appointment and he was helping his clients already. He still managed to give us both all his attention. He was honest and just wanted to help us get the best rate for our trade in and he did. After we chose our car, We went back and forth a little with our purchase (i couldnt make up my mind) and he was always available and went out of his way and worked his magic" to get us our car. Absolutely surprisingly outstanding customer service from the 427/QEW KIA Service Department.My service advisor, Joshua Carnate was patient with all my questions and concerns and helped me figure out what was best for my vehicle without ignoring my budget. His level of professionalism and courteous attitude was unmatched.In a world where prices have gone up and customer service has gone down it was refreshing to deal with Josh.Oh, I would be remised to not mention how wonderful the shuttle service by Chris was.
