I come here to drop off ebay orders so my labels are already prepaid, I just put the packages and go so for me its fine and I never have issues but I do tend to see long line ups at times, as a lot of customers never shipped before and have to fill in all the info, so id say it'd be best you pre pay and get your label online and then just drop off here for fast service.

Not all staff members have courtesy towards dealing with the clients, refuse to serve, handing over mail soonest it turned 6pm dot-on; while there was no other clients in queue. Then she continue enjoying arguing next 05 minutes justifying her actions. The service industry is all about holding good customer services.

The employee worked at this location refused to accep my package with prepaid Poshmark label, claiming the package is oversize. The conversation was very unpleasant and unsuccessful. I went to another CP office and it was accepted with no issues at all. Do not waste your time here.

I came to the Roseborough Canada Post few minutes before closing time and Ruchika still processed my transaction and extended her time to accommodate me. She was very pleasant. Thank you!

I use this Canada Post as I live very close to it. Each time I had to mail a letter or package I've gotten Bushra. She is a very sweet person and greets me with a hello each time. She is also fast and efficient. No problems when it comes to her.
