My first review ever... $4 for a coffee and croissant.... I expect at the very least to have a fresh product... the croissant was like eating rubber. Dont bother wasting time with a response... have your staff monitor the quialty of the product. It is a storm...what else are people doing... you operate a restaurant environment... shouldnt your product be fresh. Secondly when someone says double toasted... should the bagel have some colour or are you simply intersted in executing the order. Again simple things to meet your customer expectations.

Morning tummies through the drive through.Staff was great although appeared to be having issues with their headsets.Service was fast and coffee and doughnuts were fresh what else could you ask for.Complaint is with the condition of their drive thru and parking lot. Desperate need of repaving.There is two ordering lanes however the one is permanently closed as there is such a bad groove that it would probably scape the bottom of low cars. There is also large deep holes as you drive through that if not careful can lose a wheel or cause major damage to your car.Would come again however safer to go in and order as many have been doing.

Usually everything is good to go here. My intention was to put the meal down to eat later however, the dish was poorly standardized & discard worthy. Employees working at the time must have been either new, poorly trained, or I don't even know. Bad day perhaps?

Very bad service with really rude staffs. Staff didn’t know how punch in the drinks or make the drinks. Was disappearing time to time to check on how to do it. When waiting for the order, lady was forcing me to seat down cause she refuses to make my sandwich even tho her coworker was telling her it was already ready to be prepared. She also made my sandwich wrong, when I told her she refused to acknowledge it was told to just leave. Honestly ruins your day. Just go somewhere else.

Service is s-l-o-w..It has always been slow and at times unprofessional but lately it is a different level of slow. They often get orders wrongRecently there were about 12 people in line and noone to attend to them

Hello, we coming today afternoon around 5 pm and we order 2 chipotle steak bowl and we ask extra salad no rice they didn’t put extra salad and I ask that’s extra salad they told me yes and we not should be do like that and I told them when I ask in the cash extra salad the accepted and if u can not do that you should tell me from that time I ordered

Great customer service as well as speed! Usually there is a line up but I basically got everything immediately! Also there was a nice dining area and relatively clean washroom.

My wife sent me for an everything bagel with cream cheese at Timmy's this morning. I was pleasantly surprised with the sales associate who found the time to have a little conversation with me. My trip to Timmy's was great this morning. I don't eat bagels but I hope my wife enjoys it. I also bought a chocolate dip donut for her. Overall a 4 plus rating. Not 5 because it's not a gourmet restaurant, but definitely above average to some of the fast food places I've gone to. Adequate, spacious,clean seating with lots of natural light. Funny enough, there was no Tim Hortons signage on the building. Maybe they are getting a face light. That building has been there for at least 2 decades. even more.
