After picking out 11 rugs that would suit my requirements I contacted the company for the first item of interest by phone, to be told the item was not available but the person promised to check and get back to me.The return call did not happen so I chose 10 items that would be suitable for my space and emailed a request to ascertain if any of the the SKU's of interest were available.A subsequent email reply and follow up phone call from the company explained that none of the items were available as they were no longer doing business with the company that supplied these particular items and that the whole slew of products beginning with SKU# 155 should have been deleted from their web site. However if I could indicate how many rugs I required, they would endeavor to find alternatives.Since I had spent literally hours trolling through their web site I knew they didn't have what I was looking for so I declined the offer.So what's my conclusion, to use an analogy, this company appear to be doing what fishermen do, that is, the put bait" in the water and see if anyone bites. A kind of shotgun approach that creates traffic for their website and disappointment for the "fish" that are looking for something in particular.Since their "means" of doing business appear to be somewhat less than transparent
