I've been a fan of A&W Canada for years, and I have to say, they just keep getting better. Their menu offers something for everyone, from classic burgers and fries to healthier options like salads and grilled chicken sandwiches. And the quality of their ingredients is top-notch - I always appreciate their commitment to using 100% pure beef and real cheese. Plus, their onion rings are the best I've ever had! The service is always friendly and efficient, and I love the retro vibe of the restaurant. A&W Canada is a classic fast food chain that continues to impress

I paid over $12 for bacon & eggs, toast, hash brown and a coffee. Toast was burnt, egg yolk broken and leaking all over the plate. Asked for over easy but they just flipped the sunny side up side down on the plate and tried to hide it but covering the egg with the hash brown. Poor quality, poor presentation, and certainly not good value for money. Whoever prepared that meal clearly didn’t want to be there. Lesson learned. For that price, next time I’ll go to Denny’s!

I like how friendly the staffs are. I talked to Gilbert and he’s so accommodating. Best A&W that I visited so far. Will definitely come back here.

Terrible service, disappointing food prep. My toast was only half toasted and saturated with butter which turned into soggy bread, ketchup doesn’t taste like ketchup, bacon was like crispy cardboard that has sat all morning in a warming tray, didn't have whole wheat toast available, i had other “stuff” in my scrambled eggs, perhaps remnants of previously cooked food? Guy behind the counter could use some training on basic customer service. We usually eat at the Langford location and never had issue. First and last time at this location. Such a disappointment.

Came here today. Excellent customer service. My questions were answered kindly and my DOUBLE Beyond Meat burger was made in a flash! Really appreciate the speed and front of house staff. Thank you A&W for making me a satisfying meal.No photos because I was in a rush and didn't even have to mention it.This location is in a food court

I recently visited A&W Canada and had a fantastic experience. The service was prompt and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious - I tried their famous Beyond Meat burger and it did not disappoint! The patty was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and tasty. I also appreciated the variety of sides and drinks available. Overall, I would highly recommend A&W in Mayfair Mall, to anyone looking for great fast food that's both delicious and responsibly sourced.
