Honestly the people who work there are nice but that’s about it, maybe they do a better job with dogs but my cat came back unevenly shaved, not all of his fingernails were clipped (two were not and I found out when he scratched me…), the dirt on his paws was still there meaning the waterless bath was…either not done or poorly done, and he had patches of the shaved hair stuck in his tail so they didn’t even brush him out after. Really expensive for such a poor job, not sure they even cleaned his ears but maybe they did.

The staff here are friendly and kind. I have a very nervous poodle and I like taking her here because they are fast and they don’t make her stay in a crate afterward, which bothers hers.

We have a very anxious boy who hates going to the groomers. When we first walked in, they we're kind and made him feel comfortable. He was finished in about 2 hours and was very happy and energetic and was clearly very comfortable. They even gave him a little bow tie! We'll be returning.

Quality service every time, the dog smells clean and doesn't have any cuts even though she is difficult, plus they always cut her hair perfectly. So good ✨(picture attached is our vicious attack dog Lulu keeping an eye on the neighbours)

Went here cause it has nearly a 5 star review and great reviews. Worst decision ever, the hair cut? Whatever it’s not the worst in the world, the ears are kinda choppy but whatever. But the real issue is that whoever the lady was shaved off so much around his eyes and nose to the point where there was no hair there anymore and it was red and irritated, 2nd day after that it started get even more red, 3rd day (today) they SCABBED. And when we called they said that “oh he was fine” when clearly he isn’t.

I am a repeat customer. They always groom my pup to my standards, and she always comes out happy as can be. I also love when the groomers add a little bow to finish off Lucy's 'spa day' with flair.

I always take my dog to Lea!!! She is wonderful with him and he always looks fantastic. She is very knowledgeable about various breeds and treats all the dogs like they are her own. The pricing is far better than any other groomer I have been to. We have always had fantastic service and are always happy with how he looks!

I have a bully who is terrified of getting her nails cut. The girls here are so good with her that she's not scared, will sit through it and is even happy to see them. They really love the dogs who come in and it shows!! They do a great job too, I would definitely recommend.

Took my dog there A few days ago. They can’t cut dogs hair. My dogs back was cut his face was not touched and called me 45 minutes later and said he wants to come home. I looked him over when we got home and his haircut was very patchy. I had to fix their mistakes. Very unprofessional and never going back! I do I better job.

Kara does the absolute best job with our boy. She has so much patience for him and his dramatics about grooming and always makes him look so handsome. I won't go anywhere else.
