22/02023 The place was clean, quick and busy.Was fairly quick except for patrons ahead who couldn't decide on what to get or how to pay. The place was clean but they need to put up directional signs because a patron exited via the entrance where the wete others lined up and not sufficient remove to socially distance instead to the exit which was in the other direction. This location was popular for drive thru

I really enjoy the new summer refresher drinks! I ordered two larges... one of each flavour. This Tim Horton's really seems to listen to customer reviews, and I really appreciate that. I gave them another chance after a less than perfect experience, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you for taking constructive criticism!

Washroom are very stinky. Also staff is not very polite. I intracted with Vivek and looks like he is the worst tim staff I have intracted. Highly not recommended.

The coffee is very affordable, may not be the best place to work in silence. Better as a family dinner place.

Great atmosphere I ordered a Ham and cheddar melt and only my bread was toasted the meat and cheese was cold. I ask if they can warm it for me and the guy took the sandwich from me and I had to wait 7 minutes to get a luke warm sandwich back all the cheese was in the bag .

This location is usually good but today not so much. I asked for extra cane syrup in my ice coffee because it wasn’t as sweet. I asked the lady nicely can you please give me extra syrup and she offered sweetener I told her no I want syrup please she then rolls her eyes and say “my god” one of her co workers walks by that happens to be from the same country as her and proceeds to tell her in her language what happened because she mentions “syrup “ in English. If you can’t perform your job properly because requests upset you maybe the food industry isn’t for you . Tim hourtons is really going down hill.

The person incharge is using phone while on shift. Idk if she is the supervisor but the thing is, it's displayed on the counter top drive thru. Is the management aware?
