I've been here twice. The first time the young guy who helped me was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The second time the young lady who helped me was just the same! I told both of them that I'm not up on my lingo or what certain things mean (I'm an extremely casual user) and they were patient. It's a clean and well laid out store. Will definitely return as a customer.

*EDIT* Store manager called me and resolved the issue over the phone, was simply a miscommunication and he went above and beyond to make the situation right.I was looking for a specific product and their website was down so I called and asked if they had it in stock before I made the trip to the store. The budtender who answered the phone refused to disclose any information about the menu over the phone, expecting me to drive there to look at the menu in person. Gas is too expensive for that kind of customer service right now. You'll have better luck and better service at literally any other dispensary in town. Even the OCS is better, as you can view what is in stock.

Worst service ever. Left me standing behind some rope while the two employees serviced one customer. Then the condescending worker kept calling me ‘dear’ while repeating the same poor selection options over and over. The only positive outcome is that the experience led me to discover TopFinest - the best pot shop in town across the road!!

Ok option for when Garden City runs out of my strain. What I don't like is their best seller list, I know what stuff is selling, (pretty easy to tell when so many non-reserve stores cant keep stock up to par with demand) just saying it is not cool to lie to sell strains you are trying to get rid of. Regular buyers WILL know better & that makes you look bad. Change it to staff picks or be even less stingy & actually put them on sale, don't lie. Lol seriously If those are your best sellers i'm Beyonce. Edit for owner: wow you actually fixed it. OK am officially impressed, & changin my review from 2 to 4stars.

The websitebis comicated. I tried to make a purchase online but it was too complicated. I was unable to jump through all the hoops. As it turned out my husband went to the store to make the purchase. This experience left me very frustrated. It shouldnt be this way ..

Asked for edible in form of gummies.Specific discussion re indica wanted.Should have worn my eglasses but trusted to be given what I asked for. Ended up going home with a CBD bottle less than 0.1 THC.Better experience ordering online

First time I've been to this location, had to wait behind a rope until I was allowed onto the showroom floor, ok weird, but whatever. The labeling of products was very confusing for pre-rolls, lists price and amounts but doesn't indicate the amount of joints in a container, when I questioned the staff member(incredibly helpful) about it, he agreed that it didn't contain all the info. That's all. Probably won't be back.
