My sister has been waiting for five days without a phone or Internet ! This is unbelievable service ! Not good ! I will be moving there and will not be getting cogeco ! This is ridiculous

Cogeco has the best internet for my needs. Customer service is always on top of issues and this added local TV is just icing on the cake

This company is happy to take your money as quick as possible, yet when you try to cancel all of a sudden you can not reach a single person. Wait times are over 3 hours. When you finally get through to a living soul, they get half way through and hang up on you! Rising bills monthly with no notice and poor customer service, go anywhere but with this sad company.

Wonderful addition to the Northumberland community. Uber local television, broadcasting local happenings, is, in my opinion, a necessity and Mark, the volunteers and Cogeco do a superior job in providing a great view of the community!
