SIR Heating & Air Conditioning is a 5 star company! The owner (Randy) and his crew replaced the AC in my new home...the old unit was on it's last leg and slowly sinking down into many years of much and dirt due to lack of maintenance by the previous owners. Randy quoted me a very reasonable price and was able to secure the appropriate size unit for my sq footage even during the pandemic when availability was scarce. Randy was out to my home within a day and installed this new beauty without any problems...I was amazed at how efficient and tidy they were; you would never known they were there..not one ding or dent on my newly painted basement stairway walls nor did they mess up my fresh mulch and landscape. Just one more reason why I love this company!

Our furnace went out this week during one of the coldest days of the year! We thought we replaced the right part on our own but it was clear Wednesday night that there was something far more wrong with the furnace. We contacted a popular local company and after a rather unpleasant experience and empty promises that company was okay with leaving us in the cold until Tuesday. I spent the morning scrambling to find someone else that could install it today as we had planned. We contacted SIR heating and air conditioning and they had a quote, tracked down a new furnace, and had it installed and heat back to us in 5 hours. The owner helped get everything organized, the office staff kept me updated, and the technicians were so kind to stay a little late on a Friday to make sure we were warm. I’m so thankful for them!
