This cleaning service is superb. The same two cleaners come to my house every two weeks. I’ve had them clean for about two years. They get at every part of the house, high and low. I have three cats, but their fur is not a problem with this cleaning service. The cleaners have even found things I thought I’d lost. They are now almost like friends. They are really pleasant to have here.

I will never book this company again, and I will ensure that I let others know about my poor experience with Just Maid It. When I was booking them, the General Manager, John Henderson raved about their services and told me they had been rated Business of the Year for two years.We spoke in detail about Just Maid It cleaning a new home into which I was moving. This was a one time contract. I booked their services three weeks ahead of time. The cleaning was scheduled for Friday July 26, 2019. On July 18, I received an email from John Henderson indicating that they could not complete the job due to “staff vacations”. There was no apology or any further explanation.Any organized company knows well ahead of time the schedule for staff vacations and schedules accordingly. I question (and will never know) if he decided he didn’t want to provide the service because it was just for the one time. Whatever the reason, he showed complete unreliability and a real lack of concern for me, the customer. If you are thinking of using them you may want to reconsider.

Great Service. Nina, the general manager is thorough and professional. The other worker with her I believe was named Alicia, was very professional and kind. They left the house in great order, and did a great job cleaning what was needed. Thank you John ( the owner ) for setting this up, and Nina and Alicia for doing a great job.

***** AVOID!!! *****We recently engaged John H. and his cleaners to clean our 1600 sq. ft. townhome. John advised he could Google our address and provide an estimate based on seeing our home. He did so and advised that cleaning would likely take one hour to one and a half hours, but time spent beyond the estimate would be billed at their normal rates. Since our previous cleaner completed the job in less than one and a half hours, also with two people ($90 total), we expected to be billed for one and a half hours max. Well, the cleaners spent one and a half hours on our two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor! There was still three levels to go!! We were truly shocked to receive an invoice for $280+!!! And the conversation went downhill very quickly after that, including yelling from both of us, and John yelling back at us, both verbally and via email. John advised that we should have just told the cleaners to leave after the one and half hours (and leave our home 30% cleaned!). This was one of the worst interactions with anyone that we have experienced in decades! It is clear that he either severely underestimates, or his cleaners are terribly inefficient. Furthermore, his cleaners did no better than other cleaners we have used in the past. DO NOT engage this company for your cleaning unless you are looking for verbal abuse and outrageous cleaning bills!

Bad management. Very unreliable. I was scheduled on a rotation and they're a no show only to find out I was rescheduled by the company for another day without notice. Dusting is done with a Swifter...Really??? Very noisy when cleaning. A lot of missed cleaning such as a whole bedroom. When I called main office John was very unprofessional, didn't like complaints and hung up on me without resolution of issue. I've bern a client for two years now I'm done with Just Maid It!

Hired just maid it to clean an empty vacant 900 sq ft apartment. Property had footprints everywhere, toilet was not even touched, laundry room full of garbage and dust, windows had neither been cleaned nor wiped down. Called to explain and was screamed at, berated, cursed at and threatened by the President of the Company Mr. John Henderson. He did not let me get a word in and after his rant, hung up the phone. I have never as a customer been spoken to in such a manner. One of the most unprofessional companies I have EVER dealt with.

I called to have a deep clean" of four essentially empty bedrooms. I specified all the closet shelving and window ledges. After they left I found sticky stuff still on the top shelves of the closet - a wet cloth hadn't even seen the shelves. I opened the windows and all the ledges were filled with flies and winter debris. There was hair/dirt still stuck to the inside of the closet bins. It was disgusting. I wrote a complaint and included photos of the windows/shelving. In response
