They took the time to understand our requirements, suggested improvements / modifications, kept us up to date every step of the way and completed our project on time and on budget. My husband and I had never taken on a renovation of this magnitude. After receiving several quotes for our mainfloor renovation (kitchen, familyroom, powder and laundry rooms), we decided to go with Sara and her team at Custom House Interiors. We were not disappointed. Every member was professional, friendly and approachable. Each took the time to put our vision into action and we are so happy with the end result. A special shout out goes to Rob, our contractor, who greeted us everyday with a smile and ensured the job was done to our satisfaction. We were worried about our 2 dogs throughout the 3 and a half month reno, but they were treated as members of the family and never phased by the upheaval to the house. Some of the best things about our experience include: staying within the original quote and budget, the contractor took care of organizing all the services needed and the quality of the work is top notch. To say we are thrilled with our new kitchen and familyroom would be an understatement. Everyone who comes to our house can't believe it's the same space. Sara and her team came in to finish my basement. The process was seamless and the end process was more than I could have ever wished for. It is a space for my family to enjoy and make memories.
