Keith rescued me on very short notice when my previous movers didn't show up.The move was handled extremely smoothly on both ends, I have to particularly commend the team in Calgary who came in on overtime to accommodate my emergency. They were gracious and extremely professional.This was yet another lesson in 'you get what you pay for'. My budget movers proved themselves totally unreliable and Alero was there for me with absolutely perfect service. I would trust them with any move.

We were looking for a reputable moving company for our move from Calgary to Sidney BC. Received 4 quotes including ALERO. All other companies were either sketchy or too high priced. We are sure glad we chose ALERO. They are affiliated with NORTH AMERICAN VAN LINES and use their paper work and procedures. The movers in Calgary were very professional and packed everything carefully - nothing was damaged or broken on delivery. The delivery was within their estimated time window, so they also met that requirement. Don't look anywhere else, especially if you are moving between Provinces. ALERO are experienced and trustworthy - which is hard to find in the moving company market. Thank you Keith and ALERO for the excellent move experience!!

We moved from Calgary to Montreal. From the very first call with Keith regarding quotes to the coordination provided by Keith and Kathy throughout and to the final moving both on the Calgary and Montreal side, everything went smoothly and I felt very at ease. Everything arrived safe and nothing was broken. The price is more than reasonable. I will definitely use Alero again and will recommend to friends. Thank you for the great service!

In 2018, Alero packed & moved us from Calgary AB to Nova Scotia. Had an appointment with Keith, he explained every detail regarding our move. Keith is very knowledgeable & the packers and movers are very friendly & professional and packed all our items. Moved across Canada nothing broken and no missing items.We totally recommend this company for any type of move. Friendly, punctual and reliable. Keith and employees at Alero did a great job and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.Then in 2020, we moved back to Alberta and we called Keith again and everything was arranged and done perfectly. Different packers & movers but again, all friendly & professional. If you need a packer/mover, call Alero!

Overall fantastic experience with Alero/North American. We used for a cross Canada move. Keith and the team were responsive, professional and clear up front. The move went seamlessly being staffed with friendly, funny and professional movers. Everything was on time (even early!) And no items were damaged whatsoever. Fantastic service...highly recommend!

As you are aware we have used you and your companies services several times and have never been disappointed with the results, this is our second cross country move using Alero.3. The movers arrived on time on the moving day, (and were early with the drop off date) which was great as we saved the cost of a numbers of days in a hotel.4. The Driver (sorry can’t find his name) was the best driver we have had to date. He stayed in contact with us during the actual transport dates and provided us with updates to potential early drop off dates for our approval.5. We recently moved from Calgary to Shefford in the province of Quebec. The move included a few months of storage in Calgary. We really appreciated the service provided from the first meeting with a company representative to the last box unloading. The personnel was courteous and professional. The unloading in our new home was tricky because of the slope of our driveway but the team find solutions and work hard to make it happened. I recommend this company.
