Beach Front Resort is Excellent Location to stay at in Silvan Lake, It is convenient, affordable and a fun place to stay. All the staff are easy to deal with and fund to be around. I look forward to staying their every time.

Hubby and I stay here as regularly as possible in the summer!! We love the peaceful family oriented environment! The owners are such amazing beautiful kind hearted people! Make you feel like family! The property is close to everything you’ll ever need, especially the beach & lots of food and cocktails! The only thing for us on this visit is that our fridge freezer kinda broke down but the owners gave us another fridge freezer we could use until we left to go home… other than that really what are you waiting for?? Come stay here for a beautiful getaway! Bring firewood for a warm cozy evening at the fire pit while watching the gorgeous sunsets at night! And for the kids don’t forget the s’mores ♥️

This hotel was cheap so you have to think you won’t get the best. Our room smelt bad like cigarettes and not really clean. He took our damage deposit claiming that we smoked in the room when we did not. His most service was being up a dirty blanket to our room. Would not recommend to anyone endless you want to get your money taken from you

Awesome front staff not sure if he owns it but goes above and beyond to make you happy. I think for the price you pay you couldn't get anything better in Central alberta. Super nice guy that I've dealt with. Honestly can't complain

Absolutely miserable experience. The guy who runs it or whatever gave me the wrong room so I walked in on random people, I rented a month and he kicked me out early and left me in the worst situation possible, luckily I had a friend to take me in or I’d of been homeless. Whoever the black guy is should be fired or should sell it immediately. The rooms are also terrible and smell bad, and cops and noisy arguing families are always there. DO NOT COME HERE

This was our second year staying at this motel, the front desk personal were very nice and get to know you by name. The motel is right across the from the lake and walking distance to everything around the lake. Will definitely be back.

The Front office & Management Are Amazing, very friendly and helpful.Right across the street from the Lake.We had an extended stay while looking for an apartment. A Great Experience

I would have to say...Very dirty place outdated and very noisy..Not the best place to stay smelly. Cops there every week. Criminals all over the place and kids running all over the place. I would not recommend it to anyone.. Lived there four months.. Worst ever place

Managers son used keys to get into occupied suites ,looks into windows ,has an entire suite dedicated to garbage, which stinks up the whole building. Don’t say anything about the smell cause that will get you an eviction and no damage deposit back. This place is in desperate need of a good management team. As is the ones at it should be disciplined and documented
