Cropo Funeral services were truly amazing to work with. After my father passed June 2022, I was slightly already familiar with them and felt comfortable as soon as we met Tyson. He was incredible and my siblings and mom felt comfortable during the hardest day of our lives at that time. The funeral service was very well organized and they worked hard to have the obituary in the Free Press asap! I would 1000 percent recommend them.Thank you again to the Cropo team and everyone that had helped! Everyone with Cropo was also very courteous and talked with my family and family friends after the burial.

Losing someone is always very difficult but Cropo Funeral home - more specifically the staff there, were incredibly empathetic and caring. The funeral director Ashley and the reception host Donna went well beyond what one would consider ‘doing their job’. I was touched by their gentle understanding and helpful direction. I will never forget either of these individuals and I hope they know how much their actions deeply touched me during that difficult period.

Lauren D and Cropo team did an excellent job. No surprises. We are so happy we rented their Rose room. During this pandemic, the set up was as we wanted and we were even able to get into room in the morning of our 2 pm gathering to set up our own things. The 2 hosts provided 2 easels which was very helpful and then let us do our own thing. Cost was as expected, no incidentals. The hosts were friendly and helpful, handing out the lunches and provided beverages all afternoon.

A very special thanks to Karen, Doug, Patrick and the team for the incredible service. This was the best experience I have had in funeral planning. They have simple packaged pricing that is easy to understand with no pressured up-selling. They all displayed deep compassion and help guide us through the process in a very simple and clear way. The caring staff at Cropo served my family with the upmost respect, professionalism and sincere kindness. We felt like we were the only family that mattered to them and they took care of everything. I cannot thank them enough. They made a very difficult time for my family so much more bearable and they helped us celebrate my mom's life as she deserved it to be celebrated.

Cropo Funeral chapel is definitely a place you want to deal with when a loved one passes away. You would also Definitely, would want to pre arrange (pre pay) for all your final arrangements and funeral. Cropo Did a phenomenal job in all prepaid arrangements. When a loved one passes away they immediately take over in all aspects, from the hospital to the burial arrangements.I had the pleasure of dealing with Don Babey.( Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer ), when my mother passed away. Don Babey is extremely knowledgeable in all that needs to be done for all your final arrangements. He is the type of person that will make you feel at home and very comfortable during you time of loss. I could say that Don made a bad situation feel good. When calling Cropo for arrangements, with out question , you most definitely would want Don Babey as your director.Overall Cropo gets a 10 out of 10 , on their handling of our loss .

We have had to plan several funerals and this is the first time we hired Cropo. I will never never never go with them again. I should have known when our consultant didn't show up to the church, it wasn't going to be good. Apparently it was her 'day off', but no one took her place. No guidance was provided, so we did our best. When we asked why our mother's casket was placed off to the side, near the entrance, where no one, and I mean no one saw it, they said they didn't know where to put the casket!?!?!? When I went to see my mother, they put bright red lipstick on this old lady, a color she has never warn. She looked like a clown.Why wouldn't they ask if they can put brown, pink, red? From the time we hired them to the day of the funeral, the support and guidance was not there. I complained to the owner, who didn't seem at all concerned and I was sent off to a guy who was new and didn't know what to do. Never heard back. That's fine, they'll never hear back from our family. The worst experience at a terrible time in our lives.

i have to say that the staff were very helpful and friendly and not overpowering when it came to making the arrangements for the funeral services of my parents when they passed away 8 years ago a month apart
