My experience was very frustrating. Was sold wrong products and found out I was charged for a display fridge way more than any company. My store opening has been delayed for a month now with ongoing incurring expenses that should have never happened. Wish I was able to post exactly what happened, but Google won’t post my long review. Also charged double the amount of storage we used and still no refund.Edited to add that whatever he is saying in the response is not true. I did not have the equipment for 5 weeks. I immediately tried them a day after delivery and found out they weren’t the proper fridges as my hvac advised. The other stuff that was returned was returned immediately and never left your shop. You kept texting and calling me today yelling at me after you saw my review and I asked you to stop calling me and my dad had to call you because you wouldn’t stop. You offered to pay the difference for the fridge but then backed out. You assured me those fridges were the right ones.

Justin and Emmy are fantastic. They truly want to help their customers. The delivery drivers were also excellent and took extra caution not to scratch my painted shop floor without me even asking them to do so. Great people and great products. I highly recommend.

This company shouldn’t be in google form first he is a big lair should not trust him in his equipment shame to be in London Ontario

Leaving me a 1 star review on my google business page was so unprofessional as you’ve never ordered anything from me. Saying I was calling all day is not true. You called me yelling because you were so mad about my review. And you kept texting me all day although I asked you many times to stop. All what you’ve mentioned is not true and I will make a public post on my Facebook page attached with screenshots tagging your business to prove that none of what you said is true. Unfortunately, google is limiting me to write exactly what happened. I never said that the temperature was the only problem. I explained to you which I shouldn’t even that my hvac said a deli fridge which has a humid environment is not suitable for cakes/pastries but you still insisted that he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. You know what you sold me Justin. And you admitted it today, but your reply does not say that and you’re putting it on me. You promised us to pay the difference of the fridge you sold us, but then backed out. I received no help from you when this all came down. Have a good night. My store was supposed to be open on Valentine’s Day, and till this hour it’s closed. My husband and I both have the right to leave reviews since we both were your customers.Subrina

I would recommend going to them for kitchen supplies. We have a food truck and went shopping for some supplies today and had a pleasant experience. Justin and mikayla were very helpful and knowledgeable! Thanks again for all the help. We will definitely be back for future supplies.
