We were looking to buy a house and with the current real estate market, we knew we would have to go above asking price. This had put us at a disadvantage as we had to go above what we were pre-approved for in order to buy a decent house. Comes Serujan in play. Throughout the phase of searching and making an offer, Serujan kept in touch and was always available to address any concern we had. When we finally locked in on a house with an accepted offer, Serujan had to work against time to obtain us the financing approval. Despite our complicated situation (we already own an investment property with financing, which had a negative impact on the total debt ratio), Serujan managed to obtain the final approval in a timely manner. He handled the financing like a true professional, all we had to do was provide the requested documents. Not even my own bank for whom I work for couldn't help me but Serujan did magic. Our dream of owning a home for our family became a reality thanks to Serujan. We definitely recommend him to anyone who wish to buy a home. On a side note, Serujan also post entertaining but educational videos to help you understand real estate, financing, and all the obstacles that can arise from a transaction.
