We discovered cockroaches, in our kitchen. We live in an area where there are no cockroaches. Terminex sent us Patrick O’Donnell. He was very informative, helpful, courteous and reliable. He has excellent communication skills. He was patient in answering all my questions and educated me about our infestation. He went above and beyond to find a solution, to my cockroach problem, that was manageable for myself and my family. He followed up, with phone calls, and in person visits, to ensure that the solution worked well. I am extremely happy with Patrick’s knowledge and service. I would give him 10 stars, if I could.

They are very professional and responsive. I still have to get the treatment done as today was just the inspection and the Simone explained the entire process during his visit. He was very professional and respectful. So far so good. Once I have seen some results would be in a better position to say more .

I had ant problem and they don't care, as soon as they have the money they don't care. technician came and I explained the ant problem and he gave me same drug that he use for small ants to use it for carpenter ants and he asked me to put it anywhere I want. I called another company and they came and spend one hour to find out the main problem and then they put specific poison for this type of ant and the were gone after one week. before I call the company, I bought drug from Canadian tire and it fixed my small ant problem. Terminex drug couldn't even fix the small ant problem. I don't recommended at all

I called this 24/7 business and 5 days later we have still not received a call from a technician indicating when they will come resolve our problem.If you are in the West Island I can recommend another company that will show up within 24 hours of the call.A company that offers 24 hour service and doesn’t respond within 2 business days is unprofessional.

We had the pleasure of meeting Woody who took great care of us and our concern over rodent activity. Not only was he really knowledgeable, he was also very friendly. Great experience and would call back for him if we have any future issues!

Update 08/26:After filing an official complaint with the company regarding the problems mentioned in my first review, I received a call back from one of Terminix’s branch managers (Karim). Karim was very very nice and really wanted to take the time to fully understand the entire problem and what had happened. He was both sincere and apologetic. Once Karim was able to get all sides of the story, i received a call back from a supervisor (Philippe) who was also super nice, sincere and apologetic and Philippe offered to come over to my place personally to resolved the issue.Philippe came over and was able to resolve the issue very easily and with little effort in order the to complete the job that the technician refused to do.So, the initial technician who came to my house still gets 1 star and I would refuse to let that person back into my home, but I give 5 stars to Terminix for standing by their clients, taking complaints seriously and doing everything they can to turn a negative experience into a positive one. You can’t always control the people working for a company, and sometimes they are are not the “best qualified” people working (major lack of customer service skills), but it should not tarnish the company as a whole, especially when they go out of their way to make it right. He lied to us and didn’t complete the job. He continues to forget his appointments and doesn’t show up for 2 days / 2 scheduled visits. He treated us very poorly on his follow up visit and had the audacity to call my wife and I liars when he forgot about something HE told us when he came for his first visit. We asked that the rodent bait box be placed in a location were he can remove the “boxes” on his follow up visit and we were 100% clear with him that we did NOT want those boxes remaining in the attic permanently. Now he is telling us we never asked that and he can’t remove them and that we don’t know what we are talking about. When we told Ricardo that we would file a complaint about his behaviour, his response was “do you want my phone”. He is 100% non professional and I am requesting a full refund for work not completed by the company. Look at the other reviews which are very similar and think twice about hiring this company!

We signed up for the 4 services/year as we were having mouse issues in our basement and the quarterly services were recommended. We were told the service included spraying the outside of the house to keep bugs out - this never happened. First visit, the technician just left bait traps and said he'd come back to seal our basement window. I had to follow up to schedule this. Two different appointment times that I stayed home from work to accommodate - no one showed up. A second technician randomly showed up one day when he was not scheduled. All he did was leave more bait traps, no spraying for bugs and no sealing of the window. A dead mouse was found in our basement so the technician asked for a plastic bag. A few weeks later, I realized he had left the plastic bag WITH THE MOUSE IN IT in our laundry room. When asked if someone would be coming back to seal the window, I got next to no response. Customer service team did not seem to care that we were unhappy and did nothing to fix it. Received an invoice in the mail a month later, but when I called, they told me that they would make my account balance 0 (without even asking about the issues or apologizing) but since I didn't have to pay, they deserve 1 star. Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever received.
