Cynthia did a fantastic job on my suit on very short notice (1 day!). It looked better than the in-store adjustments made on the day I bought it. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about this business! She hemmed an evening gown that was NOT easy to hem (the material was finicky and the line was kind of flouncy instead of straight). She charged me a VERY reasonable price, and finished it on time. She did an exceptional job, and it was a job that takes more talent than a typical hemming job. I will return to her in a heartbeat if I ever need anything tailored/hemmed again! She was also a very lovely person and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend. Just make sure you give her enough time to do the work…because she is so good (among the best in town, if not THE best in town), she can get pretty swamped! The wait is worth it though—she’s a genius!

Never take reviews to heart, come in and see for yourself. I am a long time customer and I was in the store when you called and asked about alterations on your pants. You asked a silly question ...asking if she would mess up your pants if you brought it to her and she felt offended by your question and responded If you feel that I am going to mess up your pants then don't bring them to me" a very good answer to a stupid question. Before you ask a question think about it and see if it makes sense then ask it. You called the store

Wonderful little business, a little hard to find. It's to the right of the book store and on the second floor. Needed some patches put on my work pants and they were able to do them quickly and for a great price. Be mindful it's cash only though.

I had my wedding dress altered last year (lace up back put in), she shopped around endlessly until she found the perfect ribbon match to my dress color. Not only that but she also altered it for me with a weeks notice. She did amazing and she was fabulous to speak with as well.

I have taken several items her and had exceptional service every time! Recently, I took an already fitted dress from Aritzia to her to alter the chest, as there was too much extra material, and to put some lace across the front to make it slightly more conservative. To me, I was essentially asking for the entire top half of the dress to be re-created. She did a beautiful job! It looks incredible, quality work. I have taken other things in and always been satisfied. Even once she kindly let me know that what was I wanted would be difficult to do given the current fit of a garment, and I was happy that she offers realistic expectations. Very good at what she does, and she is one person with this incredible operation going up there, working so hard to make people feel good in their clothes. Also, very well priced :) Thank you!

I used this place several times to alter my son's pant length, she was very reasonable. Later I had to alter a bridesmaid dress in one day! She did an amazing job and the fit was perfect! I highly recommend her to anyone.
