I got my shellac manicure done under 15 minutes by some guy there. It was so rushed that my nails still feel sore. And if it matters, none of them speak French there (at least on the day I went there). Do not waste your money on this place.

I am very disappointed of the service I received. I had a new employee doing my nails. She was very nice, but clearly didn’t receive a formation. I got a manicure and pedicure with shellac and it took 1h30min. People who got fake nails and pedicure started after me and finished at least 30min before me. Nobody came to help her even after they saw it took so much time. What it most disappointing is the result is really not worth 80$. I told the person at the front I was not satisfied and showed her my nails but she didn’t offer any discount. She said she would fix it but it didn’t change the results at all.The pictures were taken 30min after finishing the appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Worst place ever for pedicure and manicure. They don’t sanitize anything for the customers. Their behaviour is so rude. The lady wanted to do pedicure for me has no idea how to do pedicure. I had no choice to stop her in the middle of the pedicure because I couldn’t tolerate how she choose wrong products to clean and shape the nails. The manager even charged me 17$!!!!! They have no idea of customer service… !!!!!

Last time coming here. They’re unsanitary. Last time I got my nails done here the acrylic powder gave me a chemical burn. I gave them another chance and came back. The guy was already mad because I asked for a soak off, ignored my request and used a sharp object to yank my pinky nail off, which hurt really bad and made me bleed. I asked for square, he gave me coffin. I walked in wanted a pointy french, left their nail salon with a pink coffin. I have nail polish everywhere even in the palm of my hand… ridiculous

I went there for my first time last sunday for my first set of dipping nails and go a pedicure with my boyfriend, the ladies who did the pedicures were extremely nice but the lady who did my nails did a hack job and they're garbage. They were also trying to force us to pay cash and were very rude about it, I will not be back!!!

I have been going there for shellac manicure for a while now. The service is no frills but efficient and very good. The place is clean but there's almost always a line up. They'll accommodate though. The lady there MiLee, she is very very good. She has given me manicures better than places that charge way more.

Went on Friday to have Shelliac done, chipping and cracking, not worth the time to go here

I left the salon with my cuticles bleeding and the week after they were chipping. My feet still had callous on them and dead skin.

Great customer service, service desk is kind. The best mail tech in the game is Jack, great conversation and my nails turned out great! Will be coming again in the future!

The reasoning behind my 2 star is because my experience felt too rushed. The pedicure was rushed but still turned out to be okay. The manicure, I got nail extensions put on but the person was in such a rush it seemed that I hesitated on the shape and it turned out to be the wrong shape, I got a French colour tip done and it wasn’t done to my liking at all, they’re also way too short yes I said I wanted them short but not this short and it’s only been exactly 1 week today since I’ve gone and they’re already coming off. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place.
