I was in an accident last week, and one of the drivers just so happened to be in the area and actually came over to see if everything was okay. Waited around to see if any of the parties involved needed a tow, but did not pressure anyone in anyway which I really appreciated after just being in an accident. They made it really easy to get to my car after being towed and they helped me sort everything out. My car was a right off, they took it off my hands free of charge and used the scrap money to cover the tow!!! Couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they were. Easily took a lot of stress off my shoulders!Seems like a newer company, but have a very good thing going for them. Professional and polite, couldn’t ask for much more! Thanks again for helping me out!

After school today me and my mother experienced a really awful car crash. Our vehicle was done for, two of the doors wouldn't open and it was dented in so far and one of the tires was bent. The guy was so nice and polite and offered to change our tire into the spare one because otherwise it wasn't really drivable. He service was amazing, he was so helpful, supportive and generous. I definitely recommend this company if you are involved in a crash like me

Luckily, John and Rob from Alberta Regional Towing Service Ltd. were called by another motorist who had spun out on Deerfoot Tr. tonight. When leaving, another motorist hit the meridian so John and Rob went to help. At the same time, another car spun out and was facing the opposite the direction my son was driving so my son ended up in the ditch to avoid hitting him. John came over to help and while they were waiting, John insisted that my son leave his car and go on the other side of the road and then he saw another vehicle coming in fast so he pulled my son and the other motorist back to avoid getting hit by the SUV that spun out and ended up hitting the first car in the ditch. Then, John got my son's car out of the ditch so he could get safely home. I can't thank you enough John. Your awareness and quick-thinking saved lives tonight!

Absolute garbage of a towing yard. The government needs to investigate them for corruption and unethical business tactics. My insurance has been trying to get the car out of there for 3 weeks… He has a problem with everyone and doesn’t let them pick up my car. They need to be shut down. Don’t let them tow your car

I was in an accident on Deerfoot, and two of their trucks were on the side of the road to offer help. Didn’t even call them, they just jumped at the opportunity to help out. Not to mention driving they drove me home as a complimentary service. They have been very easy to communicate with, and very friendly and kind. Would recommend to anyone needing towing services!

I would recommend this company to anyone! I got rear ended on Deerfoot, & before I could call anyone else Alberta Regional Towing was there assisting me & I didn't even call them! John noticed the accident & was there immediately to help me. He was incredibly friendly, knowledge, & personable. Thank you again for helping out, it was so appreciated!

An exceptional humain being. A very rare specimen. To the point where some call him an angel. I do to and will all my life, after meeting this beautiful soul. He is just divine in every way. My elderly neighbour got into a minor fender bender but was flustered and on of their drivers pulled over, took time out of his day and helped her out. She didn't need a tow truck but he helped take control of the situation, calm her down and help her out. I can't say enough about how amazing this was. He truly is an amazing human being and did this because he had the skills and could help. If we ever need a tow I will be calling them hands down. I am so impressed with their driver, his professionalism and his big heart. Thank you again so much for all your help! He didn't ask for anything in return but helped so much. Thank you!

Robert is an accident chaser actually, that's why he always seems to just be in the area" at the time of an accident.I learned this from my recent car accident where he once again just happened to be in the area...I was totally distraught and crying as well as talking to the 1st responders and at some point

Ok despite the few bad reviews ( actually talk to Robbie about them ) we had a perfectly good experience, they were there right away and waited until we were done dealing with the police ( 2hours ) without complaint , they towed and stored our vehicle without charge to us and if our insurance didn’t cover it would have only costed us $150 flat for both tow and storage with no time limit and that for sure is cheapest in townIt only took 4 days for our insurance to get our car and two of those days was a weekend so there was no issue at all like other reviewers have said and these two guys are just out here trying to run a business and we had a great experience with them !Thank you Robbie and other guy who sorry we didn’t get your name but we very much appreciated your support on that day !
