If I could add more stars I would. An incredible experience. Owners are beautiful people and so authentic and knowledgeable. Kind and so welcoming. Hands down will drive 3 hrs to shop there again. Honestly won't go anywhere else!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

Walked into Bootmaster first time ever and it was like walking into cowboy wonderland .. the store and all of the products are stupendous !! The service from the owners Helen and Nick was impeccable!! Their knowledge on all their treasures was extraordinary!! They helped us choose the perfect cowboy hat for my son and he could not be happier with it!! And it fit perfectly!!! Thank you for everything you did for us !!! Will definitely recommend and happily rate you with a thousand stars!!!!

A great place for western wear in downtown Toronto. I purchased a pair of Chippewa service boots yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with them. These people know their boots! Helen was very friendly, knowledgeable and a great help. I definitely plan to return again in the near future.

I found my perfect pair of boots here and I absolutely LOVE them! The owners are so incredibly welcoming and helpful. This store has a wide assortment of boots, belts, buckles, hats, jewelry, and clothing. We didn’t come in knowing too much but every single one of our questions was answered fully, honestly, and without judgment. The layout and decor was also very aesthetically pleasing and made for a fun and engaging shopping experience. I highly recommend making the trip to shop here!

Amazing selection of quality boots, including many exotics, close to many other venues, so if your looking for anything in western, this is your place to go. Revisited in September 2021. Still amazing

My gf and I stopped by to look at some boots and hats. We were amazed at the amazing products they had. Unfortunately I did not manage to get the names of the 2 working there but they were extremely helpful and even stayed after closing to help us out. Left with 2 boots and 2 hats. “I’ll be BACK!”

Awesome place to shop very nice people running the store. It just feels so nice when you enter the store and look at all the stuff they got. I bought a beautiful pair of cowboy boots. Staff was so friendly and service was flawless would 200 percent recommend this place. Please visit and support businesses also they sell lots of stuff that’s made in Canada which I really love.
