Having had the unfortunate experience of getting my new car damaged in a collision, it was great to have a completely stress free repair taken care of by Natasha at Assured Collision Repair. The whole process was effortless (on my part) but I'm certain that Natasha and everyone at Assured worked very hard behind the scenes to ensure that the repairs went smoothly and quickly. The results were fantastic, my car looks perfect again. Thanks Natasha!

After my car accident I was pretty stressed and worried about the process but as soon as I was in the hands of Assured Auto and my client representative Natasha, I knew I was in great hands. My worries went away quickly and Natasha was great at keeping me updated with the process of my car and what was being done with both texts and emails. I brought my car in to have the rear tail light replaced, a deep dent and scratches fixed from a minor rear end accident. I couldn’t have had a faster and smoother experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with Natasha who was very fast, professional, communicative and available at all times. I had constant communication with updates regarding my vehicle and very quick responses when I had questions. Recently got my car fixed here after the front right area was damaged. Repair looked great however I noticed an odd sound happening when turning my wheel all the way to the right. Was unable to get in contact with my service rep Karna which is the reason for - 1 star. However, Bill the manager reached out to me directly upon seeing my previous email. He let me bring the car in at my convenience and the issue was fixed within 10 minutes. Thank you Bill, would return again thanks to managers customer service!

Great customer service! We got into an accident at Christmas time and they were able to get us in within the week, and took just amount a month to fix our car. It was done really well and we are pleased :)The process of getting the rental car was also so easy because they come straight to you.

Originally the reason for coming here was I got rear ended while The car was parked.Covered by insurance they suggested three shops and assured auto came up and I picked them as I’ve heard good things from Friends.Upon dropping my vehicle off I was a little bit surprised by the rental deposit (200$) even though I asked if I had to pay for anything. It caught me off guard even though it’s just a deposit and the money comes back I just don’t have a credit card.A week later the vehicle is repaired and I picked it up I was extremely happy with the service I received and how quick the manner got resolved it was afterwards that I experienced some problems.My vehicle is a Volkswagen golf and it has a hatchback in the rear and every time I close my hatch it would hit my bumper starting to chip the paint off the hatch and has started to develop corrosion. The bumper also has a good mark from where the hatch has been rubbing on the bumper. My bumper has a decent size gap underneath the driver side headlight and is super tight on the passenger side headlight.So I called Natasha back at assured and The manager quickly returned my call and told me to take the vehicle back in free of charge. This is where I take accountability for my wrongdoing is a booked two different appointments with them and fell through both times forgetting about the one and simply being too busy to accommodate for the other one as I only had the one vehicle and didn’t have $200 cash for the deposit.After rearranging the appointment twice I just let it go and did not contact them about the situation anymore but was left with a bad experience overall it’s frustrating that my car now has damage on it even though it was supposed to be covered by insurance (1900$) worth of work for the scratch’s on my bumper.Overall I think they have fantastic customer service just felt like they rushed the job on my Volkswagen.

I had a problem with my hatch not aligning correctly after being repaired at another shop. I dropped in to get a quote and Bill Buckley and his technician met me and explained how they could fix the problem without having to do extensive work. I asked how much, and Bill said the fix is so simple they will do it for free! Within 5-10 minutes, they fixed the hatch to the point that its alignment issues are not noticeable. They also told me if I find there are any future issues with it, to come back and they would adjust it some more. You just don't find customer service like this anymore. Thank you again!

Was told the repair was going to take a max of 9 business days. Never heard any thing for two weeks. Gave them a call and they say it’s going to be another two weeks. Their excuse.. they’re busy. I’ve had comparable damage repaired on the same truck by Fix Auto Barrie and Zenetec in the past and it was in and out within 4 days. Unbelievable service. Do not recommend this shop.
