After emailing a picture of my problem, Don emailed me back with recommendations and a quotation. Terry came to my home today and repaired the split seam on my leather car seat. I expected him to just stitch up the seam, but he worked on the leather and made that section of the seat look new again. Job was done when promised, at the price quoted, and exceeded my expectations. Top notch, thank you Don and Terry.

Terry did a fantastic restoration job on both our boat's vinyl tears and dashboard cracks. With the perfect color matching as well, we can't even see the prior affected areas. Looks brand new!

Bruce came out to fix my Paliser Leather Sectional that had a broken piece of wood under the seat. He did an excellent job at not only fixing the issue but explaining the logistics of the problem and how there seemed to be a design flaw. I was so happy with the end result and highly reccomend this co. to fix any problem you may have with a piece of furniture.

Great work by Terry and very happy that I was fit in so quickly. I had some wear fixed on a steering wheel which for this specific one a full replacement would have been quite pricy. Happy with redials and customer service, will have Fibrenew work on other projects in the near future. Thanks again

Sent photos, and got a response saying the leather looked too thin, and they can’t do anything for us. I have a very hard time believing you can tell that from a photo. I can tell you by feel, that the material is not thin. Unprofessional, and lazy in my opinion. Happy new year.

I contacted Don with my situation, 11 pokey little rips in my Honda Pilot interior upholstery. Don was prompt & professional, offered a reasonable estimate and booked my session. Technician Terry was on site within days. Very polite, friendly and skilled. In the end...the repair was perfect...seriously...it’s like it never happened.
